The Obesity has turned into the one of the major health problems of 21th century which spreads

widely day by day. Unfortunately, it is observed among the teenagers specially rather than others and it
brings many other problems by itself.

Firstly, inactive lifestyle can cause this problem. Since most of the works are operated by computers
today, so workers spend the great part of their time without standing up from their seat. Modern life
forces people to fasten their every works, for example, they try to find fastest way of reaching office and
fastest way of eating something. That’s why, people do not get any chance to do exercises in their daily
life.

Secondly, our foods are not very organic today because most of them are genetically modified by
chemicals. These foods which contain chemicals, affect to our digestion system. These kinds of foods
spoil people’s hormonal balance and then it makes people feel hungry during the whole day.

For escaping obesity, people should spend their leisure time for sport. It is not important to deal with
hard sports, lighter sports like just running, riding cycle is enough to remain the body in figure. Simply,
going to bus stop on foot can be alternative for sport.

We should make a habit to use a lot of greens in our kitchen and avoid GMO’s foods for going a diet.
Fizzy drinks, junk foods and other harmful foods are used particularly among the children and this
problem start from childhood. Healthy eating is habit and children should be educated to this habit from
the early ages.

In conclusion, The Obesity may lead bone diseases, heart-related diseases and etc. Although, we have
very limited time in our daily life to go walking, running and etc., nothing is not much more important
than our healthy life.
