On the Sumulong Highway in Antipolo City near cloud 9, at 9 am o clock, November 3, 2021,
that crime happened, there was a car accident and the car struck the post of Meralco in front
of Cloud 9. The driver of the car was drunk and he did not control the car so that he strikes in
the post of the Meralco. The driver’s name was Antonio Dela Cruz and the inside the car his
friend died because of a serious injury.

This incident causes long traffic from Masinag to Cathedral Church so that the traffic was
slowly moved and the driver of all cars that experienced traffic in the area of the incident is
using their different horn or you will hear the different horns of the cars because of the
incident. This self incident was very scary because the friend of the driver died inside the car
because his friend’s head was broken because of a strong struck on the post of the Meralco.
His friend’s name was Loid Dela Paz and Loid has a family and he has 2 children. He
passed because of an incident.
