PARTICIPANT CONSENT FORM (“Consent Form”)

1. I understand that I am being considered as a participant and/or contributor (“Participant”) for

the online digital content entitled “I-LAND” (the “Program”) to be produced by “CJ ENM
Co., Ltd.”, or its designee (together with their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated
companies, and licensees, successors and assigns, individually and collectively, the
“Producer”), which will be distributed by means of live-streaming and video-on-demand
transmission on one or more distribution outlets, including YouTube.

2. Description of contribution from Participant

1) Selected Participant in the Program will be able to interact with via video conference
system during the Program.
2) A Participant understands that his/her acts, name, likeness, voice can be filmed and
recorded in the Program and any materials incorporating the Program.
3) A Participant undertakes to cooperate with the Producer by being in contact and
complying with the Producer prior to the Program if asked.
4) A Participant understands that his/her participation in the video conference system may
be limited or replaced with other participants by the Producer at its absolute discretion
without any prior notice.
5) A Participant shall conduct with due regard to social conventions or circumstance and
shall not cause any disservice or carry out social immaturity during the Program (eg.
using profane language, public nudity, etc.).
6) A Participant agrees not to make any statements, verbally or visually, or conduct any acts
which carry political implications such as being supportive of anti-government, civil
disobedience, and democratic ideas and movements.
7) A Participant understands that he/she may be publicly shown in one or multiple screens
during the Program.
8) A Participant agrees to waive, any defamation, libel, slander or any other reputation claim
against the Producer or regarding the Program, unless the Producer’s malice is proven.
9) A Participant agrees not to leave their place while the video conference session with the
Producer is on-going.
10) A Participant agrees to take part in the pre-training given by or on behalf of the Producer
when selected.
11) All times related to the Program is based on KST.
12) A Participant shall ensure that a third party, who has not read and signed the Consent
Form, will not appear during video conference session with the Producer. In case of such
unconsented appearance, the Program and/or the Producer does not have any legal
responsibilities on it and the Participant may be taken out from the video conference
system and the Program forthwith.
13) A Participant will carefully read through the guideline when it’s given. If there are any
disadvantages caused by a Participant’s breach of the guideline (eg. termination of
participation, forced exit), the Program and/or the Producer will not be responsible
therefor.

Filming/Recording Period, Time and Place

1) Period: August, 3, 2020
2) Time: 13:00-16:00 [KST, GMT]
3) Place: I-LAND studio, Republic of Korea

3. I hereby consent to the Producer’s filming, taping, photography and/or recording of me and
my act for use in and in connection with the Program and any materials incorporating the
Program and the exploitation and monetization of the Program and any materials
incorporating the Program in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout
 the universe in perpetuity and in all languages and agree to cooperate fully with the Producer
in such activities. I acknowledge and agree that the Producer will be the sole and exclusive
owner of all rights (including, without limitation, all copyrights) in and to the Program
filmed, taped, photographed and/or recorded pursuant to this Consent Form and any materials
incorporating the Program. I hereby grant to the Producer the unconditional and irrevocable
right to distribute, promote, reproduce, add to, delete from, or translate the Program and any
materials incorporating the Program in any manner whatsoever, in any media now known or
hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity and in all languages. Producer may
freely license, assign and otherwise transfer any and all of the granted Program rights in this
Consent Form, to third parties without any further fee being due or becoming payable to me.

4. I hereby grant to the Producer the unconditional right in any and all media now known or
hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity in all languages to use, simulate or
portray (and to authorize others to do so) or to refrain from using, simulating or portraying,
my act, name, likeness (whether photographic or otherwise), voice, personality, personal
identification or personal experiences, biographical data, in or in connection with the Program
and any materials incorporating the Program and the advertising, promoting or publicizing of
the Program and any materials incorporating the Program by the Producer, or its
programming services, and in connection with any merchandising, related to the Program and
any materials incorporating the Program (including without limitation, any commercial tie-ins
and stock footage). I irrecoverably waive the right to assert any moral rights under any law.

5. To the best of my knowledge and belief my contribution is truthful, genuine and does not
infringe any copyright or other rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party
and data protection laws. I understand the Producer will use my personal details for the
purpose of the promotion, exploitation and transmission of the Program any materials
incorporating the Program. I understand this Consent Form affects my rights under the
applicable data protection laws. I agree that the Producer shall be entitled to utilize and share
the information that it collects from Participants to a legitimate third party business partner
who work on its behalf to implement the Program or improve the quality of the Program.

6. I agree that the Producer or its designees shall not be liable to me or my legal representatives
for any loss or damage or injury to me or my property caused or suffered in connection with
the Producer’s making of the Program unless caused by the negligence of the Producer and
recoverable on that ground. I will indemnify the Producer and its designees against all claims,
damages, and losses arising as a result of a breach of any undertakings or warranties I make
under this Consent Form.

7. I agree that I shall not either personally or by other means make any statement or disclose any
confidential information or methods of production to any third party or any media-related
organization relating to the Program, or the general affairs of the Producer in connection with
the recording of the contribution, without the Producer’s prior written consent.

8. This Consent Form and all matters or issues collateral to it shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or
in connection with this Consent Form, which the Parties are not capable of settling amicably,
shall be resolved by arbitration before the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (“KCAB”).
Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Seoul, the
Republic of Korea in accordance with the Rules of the KCAB.
 I hereby go through every detail of this Consent Form and agree to grant to the
Producer the rights set forth herein.

APPENDIX
<Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information>

CJ ENM Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects the minimum personal information necessary for
execution and performance of your participation on the terms set out below:

1. Personal information to be collected: nationality, name, video (photo and etc.), voice, date of
birth, email address, contact number and participating device.
2. Purpose of collection: Participation in online digital content of "I-LAND" program (the
“Program”)
3. Method of collection: Directly from each Participant by means of the PARTICIPANT
CONSENT FORM. Use of collected information: Preparation and production of the
Program, marketing and promotion of the Program, distribution and transmission of the
Program.
4. Retention and Processing Period: Until September 18, 2020, unless otherwise required or
permitted under applicable laws.
5. Sharing of collected information: Collected information will not be provided to any third
party, except to the designated data processor, 826], unless otherwise required or permitted
under applicable laws.
6. Privacy of minor: Any minor under the age of majority in his/or her jurisdiction is expressly
prohibited from providing any personal information to the Company.
7. Protection of collected information: The Company has established and is implementing
reasonable technical and managerial measures for safe protection of personal information.
8. International Transfer: Collected information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by
the Company in our facilities in the Republic of Korea [and by the aforesaid third-party data
processor in the Republic of Korea].
9. Participant’s choices and controls: Participants may not agree to collect and use personal
information, but if they do not agree, they will not be able to participate. In accordance with
the terms of this form and applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR) in case of EU countries, each Participant has the right to: (i) request access to the
Participant’s personal information; (ii) request correction of the personal information that the
Company holds about the Participant; (iii) request erasure of the Participant’s personal
information; (iv) object to processing of the Participant’s personal information; (v) request the
transfer of the Participant’s personal information to the Participant or to a third party; (vi)
withdraw consent at any time where the Company are relying on consent to process the
 Participant’s personal information; and (vii) file a complaint with data privacy protection
authorities, if necessary.
10. Governing laws: This form is part of the PARTICIPANT CONSENT FORM and as such
shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea without consideration
to any of its choice of law principles and any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration before
the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board as set out therein.
