What the case is about?

 The ultimate goal for creating this new organization was to develop a
culture of self-management and encourage employers to think on their own
so they can make effective decisions (which is called self-steering in
business language.)

 Saeed’s main challenge was to reduce the cultural gap between his team and
his primary client LMT.

 Saeed wanted to develop a bigger client base in Europe, so in order to fulfill


its client’s needs, he had a develop an organization that was flexible,
innovative, and effective in communication and decision making.

 Organization culture in Europe is quite different from the organization


culture in Pakistan.
