Goals -
He is planning to develop a startup company by the end of this year. He is even planning to
marry this year. He is also thinking of raising funds for his startup and also has plans to bring
an IPO for his company.

Frustrations -
He is very busy as he has to manage both his professional career and also his personal
business or ideas.

Rising from street kid to become an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Dalton is also a
Weatherhead Award winner who makes a humanitarian difference in the world. He has also
been able to navigate the minefields of corporate America and still hold fast to principles of the
Christian life. He even thought of doing some good work for society through his startup plans
which will benefit many unprivileged children who need basic education, food, etc. His story is
