1. A authorizes B as the person liable and distributor in the People's Republic of China who is responsible for the import, sale and
management of all the non-special purpose cosmetic products of A. In addition, B is authorized to legally undertake the responsibility
of the quality and safety of all these non-special purpose cosmetic products on the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2. B is authorized to apply for the Registration Credence of Imported Cosmetics of Non-special Purpose in the People's Republic of
China on behalf of A. And B is empowered to stamp its company's seal on the related registration documents as a confirmation and
handle all the registration affairs of all the non-special purpose cosmetic products on behalf of A.
3. Product scope of authorization: All the non-special purpose cosmetic products of A.
4. The authorization is effective from Oct 14th, 2020
