Dear Ms. Abella Joy,

Good day! I am Humphrey D. Peñalosa a senior accountant in your company and am designated
as the chief auditor of the auditing division. I have been working in your company for a good 7
years. Today I represent me and my coworkers working under your supervision. I am to address
the ongoing issue of the work environment that we are experiencing.

During the past few years, my coworkers had been reporting and complaining to me about our
current working condition. I sent a message to you regarding the matter hoping that you would
consider it. However, our current working environment has not been changed or updated. The
office is in a spot where the heat would pierce through the walls. Our office is not air conditioned
and we only rely on ceiling fans and wall fans. Our garbage disposal and the cleanliness of our
office and the hall have been very poor due to the fact that our janitor is deteriorating due to old
age. These poor work environment made us unable to work freely and effectively. It had made
focusing harder and making our work even more tedious day by day.

Therefore, as the representative for me and my coworkers, I humbly ask that if you could
improve our working environment. We do not need luxurious improvements or the best but a
good working environment is enough. I suggest that if we could buy air conditioning it would be
pretty much appreciated. We could also change our janitor and add another to split their shift
during day time and night time in order to effectively do their work. Our janitor, Mr. Rodriguez
has been working for us even before I got here. It is just right to give him proper compensation
and retirement benefits. Thank you.
