 Probability correspond Z is 0.1443

P ( z ≤45) = 0.500 – 0.1443

P ( z ≤45) = 0.3557 or 35.57 %


It appear that the Moores migth increase their bid to compensate for potential penalties
because 35.57% is not a very high probability that the contractor will complete a house
within 45 days.

The project activities Moore House contractor should be particularly diligent to keep on
schedule are the activities on the critical path . and the activities which are not in the critical
path must pull the ressources with slack .some of the worker on the activities such as h, i , l
, n , o , r , s will be difficultly transferrable to work on the critical path activities .
