A SWOT analysis is a business analysis that analyses four company aspects.
The first two
variables are the company's strengths and shortcomings. Internal variables that might help or impede a company's success are referred to as strengths and weaknesses. The other two components in the SWOT analysis, on the other hand, are opportunities and threats. These two elements examine the firm from the outside. A SWOT analysis may be used to "make the most of what you have, lower the possibilities of failure, grasp what a firm lacks, and remove dangers" ("SWOT Analysis: - How to Develop a Strategy For Success").A SWOT analysis may help an organisation determine what it should continue to focus on, what it should improve, and how other organisations in the industry may constitute a threat.
