1. For me, staying healthy is very important.

I like to integrate physical activity and


movement into my life. In addition to my diet, I eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole
grains, choose smaller portions, and eat more slowly. When I go to the beach, I usually
apply sunscreen instead of using a tanning lamp or tanning booth. Finally, I go for a
screening test about my health once a month.

2. I think both because they are the bottom line when it comes to maintaining a healthy
body. Nutrition habits will have a much greater impact on your body composition and
fitness goals than any other fitness component. When a combination of exercise and
healthy nutrition is in place, the body transition will be successful. Exercise of any
intensity can help improve your blood sugar control, heart health, and mental health. All
of these factors contribute to your overall health and protect against metabolic
syndrome; “Slim” does not mean metabolically healthy. In conclusion, eating a healthy
balanced diet along with regular exercise is essential for maintaining physical and
mental health as well. like happiness. Not only are these effective in preventing
excessive weight gain or maintaining weight loss, but a healthier lifestyle has also been
linked to improved sleep and mood.

3. I have a few habits that affect my health. Looking back, there were a lot of habits I
would have quit immediately. One of them will procrastinating physical exercises, eating
junk foods, taking irregular meals. In addition to these extremes, I also have a habit of
waking up late and skipping meals. Although, they may not seem as big as they used to
be, skipping meals definitely has a psychological effect on our lives.

4. I think playing sports benefit us both physically and mentally. When you play sports,
you are giving your body time to build muscles, and burn fat. Playing sports can give
you a healthy life and a fit body. You will be more active and healthier by playing sports.
To illustrate, you can have a lower chance of getting a serious illness such as a heart
attack or high blood pressureAlso, you are giving your body time to relax. That’s why I
enjoy working out so much.
