Guideline for Photoshoot
• Offer is subject to availability and formal contract signing.
• The entire payment needs to be made in advance.
• The advances pertaining to the photoshoot are non refundable if cancelled seven days less prior to the shoot.
• The hotel reserves the right to limit access to certain areas basis the hotel operational requirements.
• Photoshoot not permitted post 10 pm, the photographer needs to take prior approvals for the schedules.
• Usage of Drones for photography/videography or any other purpose, Firecrackers and ‘Sheesha/Hukka’s is banned by
local administrative authorities and hence not permitted in our Hotel premises.
• You can shoot in Palace premises considering the privacy of other guests around you.
• Existing set ups at any venue will not be dismantled for the photo shoot. Additionally no extra setup will be done in
any location. The areas will need to be used in their existing form and state
• Photo shoot should not involve obstruction of any pathways, corridors or access to guest areas.
• Hotel will reserve the right to stop the photo shoot if it results in any disturbance to other guests at any time.
• Any damage to hotel property arising out of the shoot will have to be compensated for by the guests organizing the
shoot.
• Boats & Jetty areas are strictly unavailable for any photo shoot purpose.
• Photoshoot crew should be using the staff entrance for entering & leaving the Palace & should carry valid govt.
