Sub: Revised Job card format

Dear Channel Partners,

Recently we have reviewed the current Job card format and identified that few improvements
were needed to enhance the transparency for customers & improve efficiency of workshop
teams which will lead to seamless customer experience.

The revised job card format has been added with additional parameters for providing clarity to
customer and concerned stakeholders in workshop. Below are the key features of new Job
Card Template.

• SA can note down observations against each customer concern.

• Capturing the Preventive Maintenance (PM) parts along with its cost.
• Part and Labour cost estimate against each customer concern.
• Displaying the last 2 visit records.
• Vehicle acknowledgement receipt having SA details (Name and Contact no.) as well as
Estimated cost and Estimated delivery time details.
• Capturing the fuel level and vehicle condition for Dent, Scratch etc.
• Capturing Technician and Final Inspector details.

For print out of Job card front page please follow the steps
>> Job card- Print Preview- (Front)-Global-New-Menu Servicing type.

The above-mentioned changes are applicable for JCs made through Mobile App or through
CDMS. The copy of revised Job card format is attached for your reference.
