CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

A janitor, also known as a custodian cleaner or caretaker, is a specialist who is responsible for the

maintenance of buildings such as hospitals, schools, and residential facilities. The primary duty of a

janitor is to clean. In certain situations, they may also be responsible for maintenance and protection.

The illustration shows the different changes in life encountered by a Janitor. First, they are afraid to go

home when they are sick since they are concerned about their families being infected if they remain in

their homes. Furthermore, workers' compensation is minimal, and unemployment insurance is non-

existent.Second, jobs have become more concerned with quality rather than quantity because, despite

their numbers, they are being forced to clean more than ever before. And lastly, adding personal

protective equipment, hospitals provide gloves, eye protection, and NA95 respirators (supplies are

limited due to demand), and describe their job as "constant disinfection."
