Greetings!

Maliwalo National High School has 2 confirmed Covid-19 positive cases on September 28,
2021. In this regard, we would like to request your office to help us prevent the spread of the
virus through the provision of free Antigen Test for our employees who were traced as closed
contacts of the said cases. Also, we would like to request disinfection of the school vicinity for
the safety of all employees and visitors.

Attached are the results of the Covid-19 positive cases, who are members of MNHS teaching
staff, as well as the list of employees who had closed contacts with the said positive cases.
