I have over 1 1/2 years of experience at a Utility Management Company serving as a Billing Portfolio Manager, where it was my
responsibility to

Help Identify and resolve preformance issues with my Coworkers, where we make plans and goals on how to improve the
quality of their work by following up with them regularly.
Preform Quality Control Checks in a fast pace on the Utility Bills for over 40,000 homes a month to ensure proper accuracy for
the team. And to be proactive in finding current and potential issues and provide resolutions to either my coworkers or the
clients.
Help create and/or modify new tools quickly to adapt to a constantly changing environment to meet legal requirements and
satisfy our clients needs.

I would be an perfect fit for this position considering my experience, however I feel like I would also fit in culture wise as welll,
and if hired would stay with the company for at least the next 5-7 years as I finish my degree. Working at Space Dynamic
Laboratories would help me solidify my future as a Mechanical Engineer, and be a real milestone in my childhood dream of
working in the next frontier.
