The Searle Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private
limited company in October 1965. In November 1993, the Company was
converted into a public limited company. The Company is principally engaged in the
manufacture of pharmaceutical and other consumer products

Searle Pakistan Limited is a Pakistani pharmaceutical company, established in 1965. It has six
production plants located in the industrial area of Karachi and Lahore. The company employs
586 permanent staff members. The products portfolio of the company caters to various
therapeutic classes, such as cardiovascular, allergy, neurology, cough preparations, as well as
infant milk formulas and a range of biotechnology products. Part of its production is exported to
Afghanistan, Cambodia, Philippines, UAE and several European countries.

The main objective of the Company is to manufacture, process, refine, sell buy and deal in drugs,
drug sundries, chemical, gynecic, therapeutical, antibiotic, pharmaceutical, herbal,
bacteriological and biological products and presentations of all kinds and household, industrial,
patent and proprietary articles or every description.

To carry on business as manufacturing, dispensing and analytical chemists and druggists together
with all or any of the trades or business usually carried on in connection herewith and to
manufacture, import, export, produce, prepare, refine, buy, sell, manipulate and deal in all kinds
of contraceptive, sedatives, sanitary towels, rubber goods, baby products, salts, acids, alkalies,
medicines, medicame herbs, oils, detergents, disinfectants, insecticides, fungicides, pub health
products, plastics, textile and other related fabrics and mater synthetic fiber and cotton fiber and
the products made there from, perfumes, scents, powders, face powders, face creams, cosmetics,
soaps preparations and articles and other goods, articles, accessories and things of any
description whether analogous to the foregoing or not, which can be conveniently or
advantageously carried on in connection with such business as aforesaid or any of them.

We take information from our software S.A.P (PMS) production manufacturing system by getting last
year trends. But keeping in mind political days. With 5% provision.

Master production schedule
Market annually plan we divide this plan into monthly and weekly basis. First, we work on
weekly basis to meet the demand and then monthly demand is observe this is done by the
supervisor of the company. We do this three-month advance strategy

We use SAP software for MRP

We hire third party import custom clearance to create bill of material.

We do store raw material max for 3 months but sometimes we do store particulars API for more months/

Yes, we do rills regularly and we apply 100% safety equipment.

We store finished good in our pharma grade WHS by facilitating DRAP laws and a pharmacist is must to
be present.

They deliver it locally procured in case of international shipment we need to get it from KMC or airport.
