About Early Knowledge Transfer
Early Knowledge Transfer is SAP’s enablement offering for innovations. Available already with
Release to Customer, it provides customers, partners and SAP teams a head start to adopting the
new product.
Early Knowledge Transfer is now being delivered via the SAP Learning Hub and extends to the
latest and greatest learning formats, including:

 Simple and effective access to learning content via SAP SuccessFactors Learning programs
and state-of-the-art online courses
 Collaboration with other learners and SAP experts via Learning Rooms
 Opportunities to practice and experience new SAP products hands-on

Free Access to SAP Learning Hub (Time-Limited)

Early Adopter Care customers and partners are eligible for a 3-month free access period to all
learning assets on SAP Learning Hub, restricted to five of their employees.
Customers can extend their employees' access for an additional 6-month period, which will be limited
to their project-specific content only, unless they subscribe to the SAP Learning Hub.
Beyond the time-limited free access to SAP Learning Hub, customers and partners have the
opportunity to purchase the full SAP Learning Hub Professional Edition, or register for the free SAP
Learning Hub Discovery Edition in the SAP Training and Certification shop.

How to obtain Time-Limited Free Access on SAP Learning Hub

 Step 1 ADMINISTRATOR RECEIVES AN ACCESS CODE from Early Knowledge Transfer
Team.

 Step 2 REGISTER: The employee registers and logs-in to the SAP training and certification
shop.

 Step 3 LEARN: The employee explores Early Knowledge Transfer learning material and
learning rooms on SAP Learning Hub

STEP 1: ADMINISTRATOR RECEIVES ACCESS CODE
The named administrator of a company with SAP-approved Early Adopter Care customer or partner
status receives an e-mail from early_knowledge_transfer@sap.com. This e-mail contains one
access code allowing time-limited free access for up to five users to SAP Learning Hub. The
administrator provides the access code to the respective employees.

STEP 2: REGISTER
The employees must redeem the access code by accessing Training and Certification Shop page.
Fill in the redemption code received per e-mail and click on “Redeem” button.

If you are a new user and you have no profile set up on any SAP.com site and this is your first
enrollment with the SAP Education, then you have to create your SAP User Account. After all the
contact details are filled in and the request is submitted, you can continue by logging on into the
platform. If you are an existing user, then click directly on “Log on” button and continue with step 3.

Click on “Create SAP User Account” in the Training and Certification Shop:

Fill in all the information required and click “Submit Details”:

After successful SAP user registration, log on into the system with the e-mail address and password
provided earlier:

Confirm the S-User assignment by selecting the radio button and clicking “Trigger Assignment”.

You will receive an e-mail with the s-user assignment verification. Click on “Verify Assignment”.

Click “Done” to finalize the registration process.

STEP 3: LEARN

Click on “Access SAP Learning Hub button”. The SAP Learning Hub landing page opens and
provides information, videos and guides on navigating in the SAP Learning Hub, using search
functionalities, choosing between different training delivery formats and collaborating with other
learners.

Click on “Home” button and choose “Learning Content”:

Click on “Browse all courses”:

Explore Early Knowledge Transfer learning assets by leveraging the SAP Learning Hub Search:

 Key Word + Program: Search with key words, e.g. “HCM” and limit the search to “Program“
 Key Word + Learning Map: Search with key words, e.g. “HCM” and limit the search to
“Learning Map“

within Learning Hub and the Learning Rooms.
