REVENUE IN 2020:

_ The Group's revenue in 2020 doubles compared to 2019


_ achieving revenue of VND 77,218 billion, increase 106.7 percent compared to
VND 37,354 billion in 2019. The net profit distributed to shareholders of the
company reached VND 265 billion in the fourth quarter of 2020 and VND 1,234
billion in the whole year 2020
_ Masan Group's impressive revenue growth in 2020 is based on the acceleration of
the meat and consumer goods businesses as well as the consolidation of newly
merged businesses
_ Meat business (Masan MEATLife Company - MML) had a revenue of VND 4,707
billion in Q4/2020, bringing total revenue in 2020 to VND 16,119 billion, increase
17% compared to 2019

REVENUE IN 2021
- According to the published report, in the first 9 months of 2021, Masan
Group's revenue reached VND 64.801 billion, up 16.5% compared to VND
55,618 billion in the same period last year.
- Inside:
+ Masan Consumer Holdings (MCH) increased by 14.3%;
+ Masan MEATLife (MML) increased 32.8%
+ Masan High-Tech Materials (MHT) increased 89.3%.
According to MSN, if in the first nine months of 2021, the net revenue of
WinCommerce (“WCM”, formerly VinCommerce) only increased by 1.3% over
the same period last year, then the net revenue in the third quarter of 2021 of the
retail chain This increased by 21.2% over the same period.

In addition, the revenue of the WCM chain achieved single-digit growth in the
first 9 months of 2021 mainly due to the decrease in the number of points of sale
after the reduction of the store network in 2020.
As of the end of Q3 2021, Masan has a total of 2,456 operating stores compared
to 2,654 stores at the end of Q3 2020
SOME ACTIVITY:
The integration of Phuc Long Kiosk at WCM points of sale has helped increase
the average number of invoices/day by 16%.
Masan continued to pilot the integrated store model WinMart+ (essentials),
Phuc Long kiosk (tea and coffee), Phano pharmacy and Techcombank
transaction point and achieved initial successful results.

In addition, Masan has added a new piece to the Point of Life (PoL) consumer
ecosystem with the acquisition of Mobicast Joint Stock Company (Mobicast), a
startup in the field of virtual mobile network (MVNO)
IN 2022, DEVELOPMEMT STRATEGY:
+ Masan targets 5 billion USD in revenue by 2022
