F. FOREWORD
This Standard Operating Procedure - CAMO (SOP - CAMO) of ICPL – CAMO has
been prepared for the process or procedure in accordance with CAR-M, Sub-part
‘G’ and ICPL-CAME, as well as any limits to the use of the procedure.

ICPL - CAMO is established with an aim of utilizing available experience in aviation


technology and manpower to provide a good support organization.

ICPL - CAMO will strive to adhere to guideline prescribed in this SOP. This SOP will
be kept amended to reflect the changes in the applicable regulations, company
policies as approved by Quality Manager.

It is the responsibility of everyone in the company, to be aware of these SOP -


CAMO and to use them in day to day operations. Suggestions for improving the
contents and creating a better outline, for our activities are requested, just as
your compliance with the contents of this manual are expected.

SOP need to remain current to be useful. Therefore, whenever procedures are


changed, SOPs should be updated and re-approved. If desired, modify only the
pertinent section of an SOP and indicate the change date/revision number for that
section in the Table of Contents and the document control notation.

G INTRODUCTION

This manual has been prepared to formulate Standard Operating Procedures


(SOPs) for all CAMO functions and its employees involved in Continuing
Airworthiness Management activities to ensure that organization’s mission of
guaranteed commitment to ‘Quality of Services’, ‘Safety’, ‘Efficiency’ and
‘Excellence’ is managed, at all times. However, its contents shall not be deemed
to supersede any instructions, contained in :-

1) Aircraft Manual (India)


2) Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR)
3) Aeronautical Inspection Publications (AIP) India
4) Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC)
5) Aircraft Flight Manual
6) Air Safety Circulars
7) Airworthiness Advisory Circulars
8) Any other instructions issued by the Regulatory Authority, from time to
time.
9) Manufacturers Recommendations, etc.

It is the responsibility of everyone in the company, to be aware of these SOPs and

(ICPL - CAMO) is an approved Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation
and managing Continuing Airworthiness functions of private aircraft operators. It
also undertakes subcontract tasks/work from other General Aviation both Non-
Scheduled as well as state government aircraft operators.
