New Member Orientation

Welcome to the Community Volunteer Fire Department. Ensure that your interest
is worth putting effort into as the department operates as close to real life as
virtually possible.

The Community Volunteer Fire Department is one of the most realistic fire rescue
communities on Roblox and has been in successful operations since late 2016.
Aside from history, the department’s aim is not for high activity but is aimed for
proper instructions on real life fire rescue and medical tactics via Roblox.

The following will conclude the new member orientation packet:

1. Rules and Regulations

● All members are expected to follow all rules
● Members are expected to keep up with changes regarding rules
● Members are expected to be competent with information regarding SOGs
● Rules are posted in Discord server

2. On-Shift
● Members are expected to attend at least 1 shift every 14 days
● Proper dressing must be worn at all times
● Members are expected to maintain an appropriate level of maturity
● If any slack-off on and/or off scene, disciplinary action will take place
● Members may not assign themselves to any unit until station officer or
acting officer assigns yourself to a specific unit(s)
 3. Off-Shift
● Department uniforms may be worn but only by responsible actions
○ i.e. Not wearing dressing while in non-fire community roleplay game

4. Disciplinary Action
● Will take place if deemed necessary by supervisor and/or shift commander

5. Trainings
● Trainings will only take place depending on the FTO’s availability
○ Refrain from asking when specific trainings are going to be held

6. Activity
● Members are required to attend a shift within a 14-day period
○ Failure to attend within given period will result in automatic LOA
○ Administration will contact the individual regarding inactivity before
placing them on LOA. If no response to Administration, a termination
will be issued

7. LOA
● Leave of Absence requests must be put in prior to the start of LOA.
○ Request forms are provided in Discord server
