Activity#1
education helps transform human in
becoming literate and recognize its function
in the society. Through education as a means
of socialization, we also learn social norms,
values and culture that are fortified by our
teachers, our textbooks,and our classmates
as well.
 The functions of
education
Education provides a social placement for
everyone. It prepares us for the later station of
our lives, and, to buy the necessities of life. Now,
this makes sense to“productive citizenry”
and“self-actualization”
Through socialization in school(teachers to
learners, and learner to learner), the
transmission of culture is at the highest
possible.
Through education, human learn the values,
beliefs, and social norms of their culture.
As the saying goes “nations are built because
of education”, this is because education
portrays an important role to unify individuals
by teaching the common values and social
norms.

GROWTH
Education is really an important part of life so that we can have progressions
on our nations with the intelligence of youth that is being practice at school
because if we have the knowledge but we do not study more and use our
brain all the time we can never have growth
IT IS NOT only for a student to GROW but for the society as well

I learned about the function of Education
So what Having education in an area helps people
think, feel, and behave in a way that contributes to
their success, and improves not only their personal
satisfaction but also their community. 
Now what Education is very necessary for each and
everyone in order to improve knowledge, way of
living as well as social and economic status
throughout the life. ... It helps a person to get
knowledge and improve confidence level all through
the life. It plays a great role in our career growth as
well as in the personal growth.

Activity#4
Similarities
(i) They both impart knowledge and skill in the learner.
(ii) They both lead to a change in attitude and behaviour of the learner.
Informal education is a (traditional) way of imparting knowledge and skills
outside a structured curriculum. Methods of learning may include, though not
limited to;
-Imitation
-Storytelling
-Apprenticeship
-Role play
-Learning occur under an expert.
Formal education is carried out in special areas designated for learning and
strictly follow a structured curriculum, which divides learning into stages.
Several such stages make a course. There are specially trained people
(teachers),whose work is to facilitate learning.

individual.

✯ As a citizen, I will participate in feeding programs and home evangelisation.
✯ As a citizen, I will avoid violence as a way of confrontation.
✯ As a citizen, I will help and seek justice for the people in need.
✯ I will be understanding and avoid unfair judgement.
✯ As a citizen, I will respect others.
✯ I will follow the 3 Rs : Reduce, re-use and recycle and also conserve water.
✯ I will minimise household waste production.
✯ I will follow health protocols given by Government.
✯ I will work hard and give back what my family provided me.
✯ I will be good and vigilant citizen.
✯ By respecting each other's opinion and talk about in a nice way in order to
uplift and inspire each other.
