CitiBank

Citibank Berhad is a licensed bank operating in Malaysia and a division of Citi of the United
States of America. The bank was incorporated in the country in 1994 but has been present
since 1959.The institution offers retail and corporate banking services.Its headquarters is
located in Menara Citibank on Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur. Previously, it operated in
Medan Pasar, close to the Central Market. Citibankhas been in Malaysia since 1959 and has
more than 6,000 employees in 11 branches and three Citibank Service Centers. Citi Malaysia
is a market leader in credit cards holding the largest market share in sales volume (usage) and
receivables, and a dominant share in wealth management. It also banks with 95% of target
market top tier local companies and multinationals in the country. In Malaysia, Citi is the top
foreign owned bank for Corporate FX, Cross border Cash Management, e-Payments and
institutional investor transactions.

Citigroup provides offshore financial services out of its office in Labuan, Malaysia
and has in addition, strategic Citi Service Centers (CSC) providing centralized operations
based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Baharu. The Penang hub is the largest trade
processing center in Citigroup globally and offers operations to support Citi's trade, cash
management and commercial cards businesses covering over 100 countries with a
corresponding network of 3,300 banks. The center also handles activities across operations
and technology including Anti Money Laundering transaction monitoring to identify and
prevent possible moneylaundering activitiessuch as Securities & Funds Services, the Fraud
and Authorization Center of Excellence and Global System Entitlement Administration.

Cimb Bank

CIMB is a group of commercial bank in Malaysia which acting as a leader in


ASEANuniversal bank. In 1974, CIMB Bank has been established in Malaysia and
theheadquartered is fixed in Kuala Lumpur. The vision of CIMB is to be the leadingASEAN
Company. The mission of CIMB is to provide universal banking services as ahigh
performing, institutionalized and integrated company located in ASEAN and keymarkets
beyond, and to champion the acceleration of ASEAN integration and the region’slinks to the
rest of the world. The group has over 40,000 employees located in 18 countries, covering
ASEAN and major global financial centres, as well as countries in which its customers have
significant business and investment dealings. In CIMB Group, CIMB Bank is acting as a
consumer banking arm and it is the secondlargest commercial bank in Malaysia. CIMB Bank
has over 7.5 million customersnationwide. The group's business activities are primarily in the
areas of Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, comprising Investment Banking and

AffinBank

Affin Bank has started operations in January 2001 after the merger between the two banks,
Perwira Affin Bank Berhad and BSN Commercial Berhad in August 2000. To date, the bank
maintains 82 branches in Malaysia. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Affin
Holdings Berhad which is listed on Bursa Malaysia. Its headquarters building located in Jalan
Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur and called Menara Affin. Affin Bank Berhad (AFFINBANK)
provides a suite of financial products and services that is catered to both retail and corporate
customers. The target business segments are categorized under key business units such as
Consumer Banking, SME & Commercial Business Banking, Corporate Banking and
Treasury. AffinBank tagline of “Banking Without Barriers” signifies the removal of
boundaries within the processes of the Bank as well as it’s attitude in servicing its customers.
The latter means reaching out to the customers, improving relationships with them, making
each one of them feel privileged and enhancing a new approach to banking and changing the
face of conventional banking. The bank’s Islamic Banking division was established on April
1, 2006 and provides Islamic banking services for private consumers and enterprises.
