Login Instructions:
1.) Use the below link for login to the AIMS.
http:// aims.vnit.ac.in:8080/exam/
2.) After login you will get the below screen.

For best view of the application you can use Mozilla Firefox as well as Google chrome
browser. You can also download the both browser by clicking the link Download in
application login screen.

3.) After clicking on chrome download link you will get below screen, your browser will be
downloaded by clicking on the button.

4.) You can also download the Mozilla Firefox by clicking on the link download, you will get
following screen.

5.) Now login to the application by entering the user name and password given to you, here we
have used sample username 17856 and password PASS. And set the default language to
English.

6.) Click on login button to enter in the application after entering the above credentials.

7.) After login you will get the below screen with menu’s associated with the modules assigned
by the ADMINISTRATOR.

Set Preferences:
1.) After login to the application you can change your password by clicking on preferences link
(right-top of the page).

2.) You will get the below popup on the screen where you can change your password by
entering correct information.

3.) Click on the Save Your Preference button to set the new password else you can cancel to set
it to default.

How to Make Online Payment:

1.) Go to the Login Screen followed by the URL:
http:// aims.vnit.ac.in:8080/exam/
Login to the application with your Login Details and go to the Online Payment page inside
the Favourites tab.

2.) You will get a screen as follows:

3.) Select the Challan No. by clicking on the corresponding checkbox to make online payment
of the selected challan.

You can also click on the icon to deselect all challan.

4.) After selection, check the details and press the Make Payment button.

5.) Following screen will appear.

6.) Click on the pay now after confirming the amount and the details.

7.) You will be redirected to the below page.

8.) Choose your payment option and enter details then click on Proceed.

9.) Once the payment is successful, you will get the following message.

On clicking the Save PDF , the receipt will be saved in the following format in PDF.

10.) Press any of the three buttons to either close the page or save the transaction details
in PDF format or to Print the payment receipt.
After closing the page you will be at the application page. Press Close button to complete
the Payment.

11.) You can then see the list of remaining challans for which payment is not done.
Follow steps 3 – 10 to clear the remaining payments.
