Company presents their proposal at Smart Rejection Letter

Automation Grant Approval Committee to be issued to
(SAGAC) at MIDA Rejected company

Upon approval by SAGAC, MIDA to issue approval letter and grant

agreement to company

Company receives the approval letter and signs the grant agreement

Company to purchase* and install the automation machine/

* To purchase the equipment/ software
automation machine/
equipment/ software,
company may apply for Company to submit claim for the grant to MIDA within 6 months
hire purchase financing
from the date of approval letter
from the Panel Banks
and use the MIDA
Approval Letter as
supporting document. MIDA to conduct audit visit and prepare report
