Chief Procurement & Logistic Officer
- The job holder shall be responsible for providing sound advice on all aspects of
procurement
- Responsible for the management of all personnel in the procurement section
- To report monthly on the status of slow, medium and fast moving items in the warehouse
to the warehouse superintendent.
- To check supplies invoices or delivery notes.
- To monitor the daily flow and update of materials in the warehouse.
- To monitor entries for sand, stone, cement and diesel and perform monthly reconciliation
- To receive locally purchased goods and check them against the packing list so as to
reconcile the goods ordered to those received.
- To raise Goods received vulture (GRV).
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Stores/Purchasing and supply management
Experience Required:
Someone who has worked in the stores for two (2) years and above

integrity in any action he takes.
- Someone who uses initiative and prioritize work.
