Senior Procurement Officer
- The job holder shall be responsible for monitoring entries for sand, stone, cement and
diesel
- The job holder shall be responsible for providing sound advice on all aspects of
procurement
- He / She shall be responsible for providing assistance in the arrangement of supply
department personnel
- Responsible for the management of all personnel in the procurement section
- To check suppliers invoices or delivery notes.
- To raise Goods received vulture (GRV).
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Stores/Purchasing and supply management
Experience Required:
Someone who has worked in procurement for two (2) years and above

- Someone who’s focused, self motivated, and confident and who takes accountability and shows
integrity in any action he takes.
- Someone who uses initiative and prioritize work.
Additional Information*
- This position needs someone who understands stores systems such as issuing, receiving and
inspecting.
- Also a person who can prioritize work, who has good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
