Key Responsibilities:
Overall Responsibilities
- The job holder shall be responsible for Managing operations of all the warehouses

Duties and Responsibilities

- The job holder shall be responsible for ensuring that the management of all the materials and
items in all the warehouses are accounted for and issued in accordance with company
procedure
- The job holder shall be responsible for managing and supervising warehouse Supervisors and
officers as well as Receiving bay personnel
- He / She shall be responsible for smooth running of warehouse Operations
- Responsible for carrying out ad hoc stock taking exercise
- Ensure that all the laid down company procedures are followed strictly and adhered to at all
times especially on safety and security
- Supervise stock taking of all warehouse materials and ensure that the process is conducted in
line with the company procedure and completed on schedule
- Ensure smooth operations of the receiving and issuing bay
- Scanning and submitting scanned requisitions and GRVs to the New grand (ERP) System
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Technical Skills Required:

- Microsoft office suite
- New grand (ERP)/Android operating system

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Stores/Purchasing and supply management.

Experience Required:
- Someone who has worked in the stores for two (2) years and above.
