Management:
- After choosing the correct concept of your business , one must have a good management.
- Good management in a business creates a balance between quality , service , finance , prices ,
marketing
- Quality leads to a good reputation , since people are getting their money’s worth. Moreover, good quality leads
to reliability. A person with good management skills must be able to identify the good from the bad and must
be able to work with his group to identify the good and bad.
- Service , specifically customer service. Good customer service intrigues its current customers who visit the
company, making them more eager to buy the products. Managers must be able to hire good people to offer
this service and train them to reach their full potential.
- Finance / pricing is a vital part of the business. It is the balance ! Fair prices leads to more satisfied customers
and potentially, more of a reputation . Prices that are too cheap can make customers happy, but that can lead to
the downfall of the business’ income. Prices that are far too expensive leads to customer’s resorting to the
competitors since they probably have cheaper prices , causing to a very minimal amount of customers. For this
reason, companies must have good management over the prices
- Marketing is probably one of the most strategic plots that a business can produce. Marketing allows the
customer to get engaged in the product being sold, therefore persuading them to purchase , or at least visit the
company . The manager of a company must be able to produce adverts that are convicing enough to persuade
consumers to chose his or her company over the competition
