Center Center at www.juniper.net/partners or go directly to http://www.juniper.net/entitlement/setupAccountInfo.do

You’ll need your Partner authorization number to create a user account. You can obtain this
number from either the person that completed your company’s Partner application, by emailing
uspartners@juniper.net or by contacting your Juniper Partner Account Manager directly.
