Squid - mollusk
Squids have elongated tubular bodies and short
compact heads with eyes on the sides of the head.
Two of the ten arms have developed into long
slender tentacles with expanded ends and four rows
of suckers with toothed rings.

Most squid complete their life cycle — from tiny

planktonic juveniles to mature adults — in
approximately one or two years. In warty squid
reproduction, the female produces a huge ovary the
size of a football. This process breaks down all
muscle from her body wall. After spawning, they
die.

2.blue crab- crustaceans

The blue crab's shell—called the “carapace”—is
a blue to olive green. ... Blue crab claws are bright
blue, and mature females have red tips on their claws
too. They have three pairs of walking legs and rear
swimming legs that look like paddles. Blue crabs
have an “apron” that covers their abdomen.
The blue crab starts her life as a larva, an early-life
stage that looks completely different than her adult
form. She will spend 31-49 days going through
seven larval stages called zoea.

3.Mud crab- crustaceans

Mud crabs have a complex life cycle, where
the larvae go through five zoeal stages (3-5
days each) and one megalopal stage (8-10 days)
before finally metamorphosing into the benthic
first juvenile crab stage

4.Sea urchin- echinoderms

Sea urchins move slowly, crawling with tube
feet, and also propel themselves with their
spines. Although algae are the primary diet, sea
urchins also eat slow-moving (sessile) animals.

Purple Sea Urchins usually live up to 30 years

or longer. They breed around January to March
every year. The female sea urchins can produce
up to twenty million eggs in one year. When the
female sea urchins lay their eggs, the young
urchins start off as larvae.

5.Whiteleg shrimp- crustaceans

White shrimp grow fairly fast, depending on
factors such as water temperature and salinity,
and can reach up to 7 or 8 inches in length. They
have a short life span, usually less than 2 years,
and are often referred to as an “annual crop.”
They are able to reproduce when they reach
about 5 ½ inches long.
