Alexander the great

Alexander III or Alexander of Macedonia (born 356 BC, Pella, Macedonia; died

June 13, 323 BC, Babylon) son of Philip II of Macedonia and disciple of Aristotle,

his empire covered part of Egypt, Greece and even part of India. He began his

military career very young at the age of 20, which is when his father is

assassinated which made him king of Macedonia, his interests were not based

solely on the empire he already possessed but he set his eyes on the east where It

had a rivalry for years with the Persians that ended with its conquest by Alexander,

adding them to those already conquered, its form of government was based on a

monopoly reign where one person had all power, died in the year 323 BC, due to

illness at the age of 32.
