A RESOLUTION PROGRAMMING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR

THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY EIGHT PESOS AND SIXTY CENTAVOS (PHP 194,
578.60) PESOS ONLY SOURCED OUT FROM TEN PERCENT (10%) SK FUNDS LUMP SUM
APPROPRIATION OF GENERAL FUNDS FY 2021

WHEREAS, the programming of the said fund was formulated under the Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program (ABYIP) to appropriate the funds for the necessary programs, projects, and activities
of the Sangguniang Kabataan, FY 2021 which stated as follows:

1. Health Php 12,000.00

2. Environmental Protection Php 10, 000.00
3. Katipunan Ng Kabataan Assembly Php 11, 000.00
4. Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency Php 11, 000.00
5. General Administration Program Php 150,578.60

WHEREAS, the itemized expenses necessary for the implementation of programs, projects, and activities
of the Sangguniang Kabataan are reflected in the SK Annual Budget 2021;

WHEREAS, the appropriation of such funds follows the mandate under Republic Act 10742 otherwise
known as the SK Reform Act of 2015 which must effectively implement the Nine (9) Centres of
Participation;

WHEREAS, the programmed funds are anchored from the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development
Plan (CBYDP), a three year rolling plan drafted during the Katipunan Ng Kabataan General Assembly;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Baby Jane D. Bagalanon duly seconded by Honorable
Chariza Mae E. Saloma and all members present, it was;

RESOLVED, as this council hereby RESOLVED, that the programming of the total amount of One
Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and Sixty Centavos sourced out from
the Ten percent (10%) SK Funds as per approved lump sum appropriation of the general funds.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this Resolution to the Office of the Municipal Budget
Officer, Municipal Accountant, and all offices concerned for their proper information and guidance.
