Requirements
professional experience conducting digital analytics and/or hands on working with Google
Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Responsible for the Analysis, Insights and recommendations of the clients online marketing
campaigns and initiatives. Media channels include Paid Search, Display, social media, and organic
search
Good working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint including pivot tables, charts, v-lookups, and
dashboard creation is required
Good experience in GA or Data Studio dashboards is preferred but not mandatory
Strong analytic and technical thought process and ability to interpret findings.
Effective communicator via both written and spoken word.
A basic understanding of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
Bachelors degree required
A masters degree in a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Functions
Pull data from various web analytics tools and formulate PowerPoint reports on digital media
and web analytics performance
Responsible for end-to-end reporting performance data pulling, data aggregation, analysis,
PowerPoint formatting and insight generation
In all PowerPoint deliverables there will be an opportunity and an expectation for the candidate
to make recommendations for improvement to help drive the clients business forward.
Review KPIs and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing campaign and site
improvements.
Owner of data intensive spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation
QA (Quality Assurance) on tagging to make sure this it is implemented and firing correctly

Skills
Deep experience with website tracking tools such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics /
Site Catalyst is preferred.
Good experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience analyzing digital assets data and providing insights and recommendations
Good understanding of Paid Search, Organic Search, Display (Banners), Social Channel and Multi-
Channel performance reporting
Familiarity with Google Data Studio is highly preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple projects over the course of a day.
Experience with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, etc.) is preferred.
Along with an ability to QA tags through web debuggers.
Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work
effectively with diverse teams including statistical, technical, creative and marketing resources
Demonstrates an ability to think outside the box and take initiative upon themselves in order to
solve problems as they arise.
