With due respect, I, Souvick Ghosh is writing this letter to you. I bought a Hightron TV
set from your store on 05.01.2021. Primarily for som days it was working well and
smoothly. We were really satisfied with our purchase of the TV set. But just after three
months, from the very beginning of April, the screen started
to be hazy. Undertonely, the TV set is found defective. The power is automatically
sometimes getting cut off. According to your directions given on the time of purchase we
tried to adjust it but nothing happens. Now we cannot make it on. It is now, in no way,
switched off.
Sp, I earnestly request you to go through the matter and take notice of my complaint as
the TV set is under guarantee coverage. So please either repair the problem or if
needed, replace the faulty TV set. I have strong belief on your service quality. I expect to
get quick response from you.
