ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
INTRODUCTION

“A gifted teacher is not only prepared to meet the needs of today’s

child, but is also prepared to foresee the hopes and dreams in every
child’s future.”- Robert John Meehan

A teacher's life is defined by his or her duties and responsibilities.

It is either under written memorandums or the teacher's initiative to
perform it. I believe that being a teacher is impossible unless one has
goals that are supported by philosophical idealism. To assess a teacher's
effectiveness and efficiency, as well as his or her competence, it is
necessary to first understand his or her own personal and professional
beliefs, routines, and practices, and then to evaluate his or her products,
the learners, and their lives after his or her supervision.

A teacher should never face his class without a specific aim or goal
in mind. His responsibility to share and influence his students should
appeal to both the brain and the heart. It should not only focus on their
mental and physical development, but also on instilling in them the
moral and ethical values that any good citizen must possess. He should
not only teach the discipline, but also guide them in comprehending and
appreciating its significance.

Teachers are expected to be role models to their students. What he

demonstrates and preaches as a teacher is likely to be what the students
believe to be correct and true. As a result, the learners transcend most, if
not all, philosophical ideas, and practices. As a result, it is a challenge
for all teachers to carry out their responsibilities to the best of their
abilities. He must strive to help his students become better people while
also inspiring them to enjoy learning, discover their own passions, and
discover what life truly means to them.

Students must clearly see their teachers' goals for themselves and
understand the significance of these goals in their lives, as well as gratify
the essence of philosophical ideas and create their own philosophies in
life.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 Class Adviser

As an educator and at the same time a class adviser in this

new normal of education was really challenging. Creativity, open minded,
flexibility, and commitment are some of the abilities that a teacher must
possess in other to deliver learning to the students in this time of
pandemic. I, being an adviser for the school year 2020-2021 was very
pleased that despite of the challenges brought by the Covid-19 pandemic
the said school year became successful. This success is through the
great effort of the teachers, students, and most specially are the parent.
Indeed, there is no high mountain if there is unity and cooperation.

Innovation Project entitled “A GIFT FOR TARLAQUEŇO LEARNERS
AND SCIENCE TEARHERS”.

A Division Innovation Project entitled “A GIFT FOR

TALAQUEŇO LEARNERS AND SCIENCE TEACHERS” was conceptualized
and concretized before the school year 2020-2021 started as a response
of Tarlac Province to the needs of the learners and teachers in the said
division in bringing education this time of pandemic. In line with this, I
am honored and grateful being one of the selected writer teachers.
Imparting my knowledge and skills to Tarlaqueňo learners and teachers
through this act is always a pleasure. It is one way to show that we
educators always find ways to deliver quality education to our learners
even we are facing challenges.
