With Reference to your quotation no. KVC/2020-21/01 - dated on 20.01.2021 we
are issuing you the work order for the work you desired to undertake.

Name of Work: Development of Bundelkhand Expressway (Package-IV) From

Baroli Kharka (Dist. Hamirpur) to Saalabad (Dist. Jalaun) (Km 149+000 to Km
200+000) in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC Basis. (Construction of Median
Drain & Lined Drain).

Terms & Condition :-

The details of rates, terms and conditions are as follows: -

1. GST 18% will be provided above quoted rate.

2. Concrete will be provided at site with Transit Mixture by the company.

3. Curing of concrete will be done by the company.

4. Payment will be done monthly / minimum 2 Kms. Per Month.

5. Daily Progress for construction of crash barrier should be at least 350-500

meter per day.
