Whereas this Organization works for the handling of ground handling service for different Airlines Such as
Air Asia, and British Airways. It handles the Operations of the flight from the arrival to Departure and its
Safety on the Ground.

Responsibilities:
 Worked as Customer Service Agent for the Air Asia Airline.
 Responsible for handling the Customer in a Pleasant Manner.
 Sorting out the Query’s such as the Flight Departure and related Query.

Pre Flight:
 Getting the Brief Details about the day to day Flight Service and cross check the list of passengers
any special Guest need to be handled.
 Number of Passengers, Pilots and Cabin Crew.
 Need to Coordinate with the team and depart the Flight on Time.

Check in Counter:
 Responsible for handling the baggage limit of the Customer
 Responsible for the Document Check as Ticket and Id Proof.
 Making the Payment for the Excess baggage.
 Issuing of the Boarding Pass and assisting towards the BOARDING GATE with the Gate number and
Departure Time.

Boarding Gate:
 Checking the Display of the Airline on the Screen with Flight Number and Departure Time.
 Checking the Arrival Flight and Calculating the on Time Departure of the Flight.
 Boarding the Passenger in the Sequence.
In Flight Service:
 Cross Check with the Crew regarding the Special Assistant Passenger.
