COMMUNICATION INTERFACE FEATURES:

The default encryption key will be set to the key code printed on the label on the
MSM. If the key is changed to a new stored key by the host machine, the key can
be reset to the default key by the following steps:

1. Power off MSM.

2. Set all DIP switches SW1.1-SW1.8 and SW2.1-SW2.4 to
the OFF position.
3. Apply power.
4. Red light on the bezel will now be flashing.
5. Set DIP switch SW2.4 to the ON position. Red light will
now stop flashing.
6. Power off MSM. The code is now reset.
