Pursuant to the Notification No. HC.)CCryII-41/2019/295/R.Cell dated

20.09.2021, the following candidates are appointed as System Assistant in the
establishment of District and Sessions Judge, in the usual pay of Rs.14,000-
60500 + GP Rs.5600/- per month plus other allowances, as admissible under the
Rules, with effect from the date of their joining. They are posted in the districts
shown against their names as below:

The appointment of the above candidates are made in terms of the post
creation letter No. JDJ.l03l2012ll4 dated 18.01.2013, issued by the Joint L.R &
Joint Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Judicial Department.
The services of the aforementioned candidates shall be governed by "The
New Defined Contrlbution Pension Scheme" issued by the Government of
Assam, Judicial Department vide office memorandum No. BW./2008/PV40 dtd
Dispur the 6s October, 2009. The appointees mentioned above will have to
submit an undertaking to that effect at the time of joining in their respective
place of posting.
The appointees are directed to report for joining in their respective
District and Sessions Judge Establishment, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date
of receipt of this order. They will be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years
with effect from the date of their joinlng. Police verification will be carried out in
due course by the Appointing Authority.
They are further directed to submit their medical fitness certificate issued
by the competent authority at the time of joining.
