 Describe the author of the story.

- She loves kids that’s why she choose to be a preschool teacher, an optimistic person and a
writer whose goals are always to improve.
 What are some personal experiences of the author that affect his viewpoint in life?
- She said in the interview she wants to be married at the age of 16 that’s why the character in
her story felt love at the young age but they married at the right age.

1. What are the details that a reader should look for in reading an author’s biography?
- Reader should look for reading an author’s biography is what he/she believes, what he/she
beliefs reflect their works.

2. Why is it important to know the character and the author’s life as well?

- That they can connect or understand the story written by that author and know what he
believes in life.

3. How can an author’s belief system be reflected in an excerpt?

- When they write they only see is what they believe they can’t see the others.

4.How can we gain more understanding by learning about the year a work was written and published?

- When we know, what is happening to the authors while they write the story and deep
understanding of the story.

5. If you were an author, how would you describe you main character?

- Man- he has a beautiful face with a serious ppersonality, he has a principle in life, faithful in
one woman, a hardworking man, and not easy to give up in life.
- Woman- Have a beautiful face with a tall height, wavy hair, and fair skin, she also not easy to
give up, a hard worker who has a dream in her family, intelligent, and has graceful when she was
moving.

Recall one author of a favourite story or book you read. Search about his or her biography. How does his
or her background and personal viewpoints in life affect the style and concept of his her writing?

My favorite story is Tripped by Jonaxx or Jonah Mae Pacala, born on January 23, 1991, live in Cagayan
De Oro, she loves kids that’s why she is a kindergarten teacher. She started writing at Creative Corner
way back in 2003 when she was only 12 years of age. She was the one Filipino who gained a million
followers on Wattpad and the first author to have a book signing in Philippine Arena.
She loves watching movies that’s why her story made she reflect on the characters she watches.
