Objective of this group assignment is to do an analysis report of Mercedes Benz US in the
context of their decision making related to financial management, operational cost, strategies
and other relevant matters during Covid-19 pandemic. Besides , the objective is to explore in
depth the business environment such as operations function of Mercedes Benz US.
After that, the objective is to understand on how a business operates and the importance of
decision making tools in helping the managers to make good decisions.
