Heat evenly all around with heat gun. Pry apart with a screwdriver.

Ditto... Voila, headlights with no lenses.

Set glass aside. Your good friend masking tape.

Mask away my friend... Final masked product, I also taped


off the seal so I could reuse the
existing silicone.

Find a clean dry place to paint. Clean all areas to be painted with
rubbing alcohol.

Pick your weapon of choice, I choose Paint away, many light coats.
high temp engine enamel, in dark
matte grey (just to be different).

Remove masking... Unmasked product.

STEP 19. STEP 20.

Reheat silicone seal. Re-attach glass, and voila finished


product.
