BRAZIL

● According to culture visualization, Brazil is a country that does not reward or encourage
largely to its employees for their performance and excellence, their individuals tend to be
intermediate in terms of aggressiveness and dominance when interacting socially, so the
strategy to be developed should be focused on motivating to create a feeling of belonging to
with the company, reducing the existing hierarchical barriers, creating a family feeling with
the company, using their motivation for collective action as an impulse, making their
individuals seek to improve their performance in favor of the company as a whole, since they
prefer to maintain traditions and established norms because they view abrupt changes with
great caution, this would be a strategy that seeks to unite all the members of the company, in
that idea of collective development to which they are already accustomed, reducing the fear of
uncertainty and giving confidence in the steps they take, making the company grow and
develop in the best way
● According to the leadership visualization, it is important to note that Brazil, due to being a
South American country, desires, in most cases, a leadership behavior focused on
values-based or charismatic leadership. Taking this into account, the strategy based on
leadership visualization would be focused on the analysis of several variables, as will be seen
below.
The first variable is charisma, which according to information from the globe, Brazil is above
average. However, even though it contributes in some way it could make it even better. In the
second team-oriented variable, Brazil is well above the average, which indicates that leaders
in this country care about the well-being of their team and listen to them constantly, a factor
that should remain in this way because it generates lots of benefits. Regarding the third
variable, Brazil is, as the previous variable, well above the average, regarding participation.
This indicates that this should continue in this way because it contributes in some way to the
objectives of the organization. The human oriented and self-proactive variables are rooted in
the world average, focusing on these factors could create a strategy that allows the Brazilian
leader to stand out above the rest, generating much more support for his followers, rewarding
them for good performances, use incentives that increase motivation, establish clear
objectives, keep track of results etc ... Finally, one of the most delicate variables is the
autonomy of the leader, where Brazil is very bad with respect to the average, the improvement
strategy that could be used is to give the leader more freedom in decision-making, less
complex organizational structure and less bureaucracy.
In conclusion, we can say that the strategy to be an adequate leader in Brazil lies in improving
aspects such as autonomy, human orientation, and own proactivity. On the other hand,
continue to improve variables such as charisma, teamwork, and participation.

FRANCE

● France’s actual President seems to be a loner leader, that’s why France needs a humane
orientation and participative leader that can help the country to take advantage of the talent
and the opportunities given by bringing together the French people and making them team
players, that can help him make the decisions and make them happen.

● France, by having three main values: freedom, equality and fraternity, has generated a basis of
most constitutions, enabling a new campaign to strengthen its international leadership through
the consolidation of new forms of cooperation on global security, as well as regional
development policies, and the restoration of relations with strategic areas. Bearing in mind
that the productivity of enterprises does not depend only on how hard they work, but on how
much value they gain from each hour of work, while workers may devote less hours to work
and take more holidays than in other countries, allowing higher productivity in contrast to
other countries, for example the English Channel and United Kingdom.
Leadership in France is able to have discipline and constant work, which is a motivation to
forge in others the ability to manage a project and take it forward despite all the adversities
that arise, seeking an approach to the study of these three dimensions through the definition
and knowledge of the difficulties encountered in establishing lasting and effective leadership
in public and private organisations, because of the constant changes to which they are
subjected from the managerial point of view.
