DRAFTED PROTOCOLS (EMPLOYEES ON QUARANTINE)

 No attending of mass gathering such as burials, wakes, weddings, birthdays and

others.
-Social gatherings are limited to household numbers only.

 Report to the proper authority (President’s Office, VP Admin, HR and Clinic) if

you are exposed to a COVID 19 patient, or had contact with an individual who
has exposure to COVID 19 patients.

 Report to the proper authority (President’s Office, VP Admin, HR and Clinic) if

you have any respiratory symptoms( cough, colds, fever and other co0related
symtoms) or your household member has it.

 Report to the proper authority (President’s Office, VP Admin, HR and Clinic) if

your residential area is place on lockdown/ zonal containment.

 If placed on quarantine, follow the work from home procedure set by the
administration(attending zoom) and strictly follow the protocol of not loitering
outside the residential area.

 After quarantine, report to the clinic for medical clearance.
