KORMER CONSULTANT is a water sector licence firm which has 10 employee and ready to provide a high quality
and best value project cost and risk management/estimating service to clients. Kormer Leadership and staff members
have worked collectively and individually with some of the most respected water professional in the country and have
international experience.
With offices in Addis Ababa and Jigjiga we are hands on consultancy providing proactive, real time cost management,
estimating and risk advice to our clients. Our team of experienced construction professionals have a deep understanding
of all aspects of cost and risk consultancy in Ethiopia and many overseas locations. We have in place a strategic alliance
with well experienced national consultants and collaborations with international consultancy. Our client relationships
include government, UN agency, and NGO’s and privets sectors.

PEOPLE - Kormer Consultant organization has a team of over 10 people, carefully chosen for their knowledge,
capabilities, attitude and value system. Every member of the team undergoes training periodically to ensure that they
understand the latest in technology and world class construction practices. They are empowered and encouraged to
innovate keeping the customer in mind

requirements. We also manage value by managing risk.

value consulting advice as well as delivering high quality accurate and timely cost models and estimates. Our individual
and collective knowledge base of construction costs and associated project costs are one of the best in the industry.

apart from the competition.
SUSTAINABILITY- Our reports ensure that project cost and related costs are captured and accounted for. Our team
understands and can advise on the financial implications of sustainable systems as they relate to capital and life cycle
costs.
RISK MANAGEMENT – We embed the practice of Risk Assessment and Management of uncertainty into our core
service. We provide our clients with the means to manage their risk exposure and thus put into place the right conditions
to ensure success.
PRACTICE -Engineering excellence and exceptional construction management methods are key strengths at kormer
consultant staff. The organisation has short plan to have two centers of engineering excellence equipped with state-of
-the-art tools and highly qualified engineers. Which are water and irrigation sector? These are focused on creating
customized and value added solutions. The logistic expertise helps us offer cost effective and optimized solutions. Water
and environmental engineering Construction design and management are an art that has been perfected at the kormer
projects. The company has developed its own proprietary project management techniques that help to effectively
