Scenario: Alleged Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Damage to Property with Slight Physical
Injury.

According to witnessed named, Benedict Pena Vinarao at about 9:00 PM of September 11, 2020,
the vehicle hits or crashed into utility pole, nearby Mami Eatery and during that time there’s an
inclement weather and at about 9:05 PM of September 11, 2020 he saw the two (2) police officer
of TMRU unit, conducting a patrol and he called the attention of those police officers by waving his
hands along the highway of Bayan-bayanan Ave, Brgy. Conception Uno, Marikina City.

Thereby, he immediately reported the accident along Bayan-bayanan Ave, Brgy. Conception Uno,
Marikina City and there’s an unconscious victim.

Therefore, at about 9:06 PM of the same date, the two (2) police officer arrived at the location and
PSMS. Adrian G. Villanueva immediately responded to the unconscious victim and immediately calls
the emergency hotline of Amang Rodriguez Medical Center and he calls the radio operator of Pcp-7
station to verify the veracity of incident and requested to put on record happened at Bayan-
bayanan Ave, Brgy., Conception Uno, Marikina City. PSSgt. Patrick A. Sapiera properly conducts an
interview and verified the driver of brand Honda Civic EX-2017, black and white combination,
bearing plate no. BRO 6969, registered under the name of Eduardo Katakutan y Maligno, with
drivers licensed no. GO3-11-006969 expires on 2021-09-07 and he admitted the crime he
committed.

Furthermore, at about 9:10 PM of the same date, the police mobile (Plate No. EP-6869) of Pcp-7
arrived. PSMS. Adrian G. Villanueva took over the matter and informed the suspect that he was
being arrested for the alleged Reckless Driving Resulting in Damage to Property with Slight
Physical Injury. Thereafter, at about 9:20 PM of the same date, they bring the arrested suspect to
the police station located at 66 Lilac St. Conception Uno, Marikina City Pcp-7 for further
investigation and disposition.

Thereafter, at about 9:20 PM of the same date,

they bring the arrested suspect to the police
station located at 66 Lilac St. Conception Uno,
Marikina City Pcp-7.
