 Because of the classroom organization and routines the learners are able to
familiarize with their daily routines. If the learners are bored the teacher can boost
their attention by giving them activity.

classroom organization and routines? What theories and principles
should have in mind?
 The teacher must be energetic and active; the teacher should know the behavior of
her learners.

3. Which behavior strategies were effective in managing the behavior


of the learners? In motivating students? Why were they effective?
 In motivating students, the most effective strategy that the teacher can use in
managing the behavior of the learners is having a good discussion and enjoyable
yet interactive activities, this kind of strategy the teacher can sustain the
momentum of the discussion.

1. Imagine yourself organizing your classroom in the future. In
what guide year level do you see yourself? What routines and
procedures would you consider for this level, why?
 I imagine my self-teaching elementary student, I will enhance the daily routine
and procedures and I will be going to practice and prepare them in becoming a
high school or junior high student.

2. Make a list of the rules you are likely to implement in this level.
Why would you choose these rules?
 -Do not do unto others what you don’t want to be done unto you.
I choose this rule because I know they can use these in their entire life. It will
teach them manners and values with the touch of reality.

3. Should learners be involved in making the class rules? Why?
 Yes, because in order to be fair with the students, if they are involve in making
rules they do not have the rights to disregard this rules because they were given a
chance to suggest so that they must obey it always at all time.
