I submit that this is a case of voluntarily causing hurt and assault on
women with intent to outrage her modesty that occurred on 25-09-2019 at
about 04.00 PM at Z.P.H School, Salakam cheruvu village, Singanamala
Mandal and reported in the PS on 25.09.2019 at 06.00 PM wherein the
accused A-1 Gandla Ramanji, S/o Sanjeevulu, Salakamcheruvu village of
Singanamala Mandal along with four others i.e., M. Ramesh, S/o Narayana
Reddy(A-2), Angadi Narasimhulu, S/o Pothulaiah(A-3), P. Ramu, S/o
Narayana Setty(A-4), and M. Bhaskar, S/o Sanjeeva Reddy(A-5) all are r/o
Salakam cheruvu village, Singanamala Mandal attacked and kicked to the
complainant by name Mekala Nagalakshmi, aged 34 yrs, W/o Mekala
Ramesh, r/o Rachepalli village of Singanamala Mandal with hands and legs
and caused latent injuries on her body. This is due to school committee
chairmen elections issue in between complainant and accused.

Basing on the complaint of Mekala Nagalakshmi, aged 34 yrs, W/o Mekala

Ramesh, r/o Rachepalli village of Singanamala Mandal a case was
registreated in Cr.No.117/2019 U/Sec 354, 323 r/w 34 IPC of Singanamala

Laggisetty Venkata Ramana, aged 46 yrs, S/o Late Venkata Swamy, r/o D.No. 5/111, Chinnakalva
Street, Singanamala village and Mandal being the owner of Sai Cable Network, Singanamala
village was illegally and unauthorizedly re transmitting ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited
(ZEEL) pay channels in different parts of Singanamala village without license and committing
infringement of copyright of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL), thereby causing loss
to (ZEEL) and also Government Exchequer in terms of Entertainment Tax.

Basing on the above complaint today i.e 17.10.2019 at 14.30 Hrs I registered a case in Cr

Ramanjineyulu fell down to complainant and beat with legs and caused dumb injuries on her. This is
due to land dispute in between the complainant brother-in-law’s C. Anjineyulu and C. Ramanjineyulu.
