Re: Computer Virus
I am sorry to hear that your computer has become infected with viruses. Unfortunately,
virus removal is not part of our warranty package. If you want, one of our technicians can
come in and take look at your computer. Our rate for on-site visits is $75.00 per hour. In the
mean time you can try the following steps.

1. Backup your important information

2. Visit the website https://www.malwarebytes.org

3. Download the free Anti-Malware program

4. Double-click the installation file

5. Follow any instructions

6. Double-click the program file from your Desktop

7. Choose the option to run a complete

 The program will try to automatically remove any harmful programs it finds on your
computer. However, in some cases, it may not be able to remove the problem. I’ve included
some screenshots to show how you have to download and install the program.
