EXT. A BUILDING - NIGHT

A Brick Wall fills the screen, Silver threads in moonlight.
Part of a spider's intricate web.
It moves slightly and we see a spider crawl on the long thin
web down,in the background, behind the wall, we pan left and
there was New York City taking view.
FADE TO:
EXT. THE CITY - CONTINUOUS

New York in the night looked beautiful, with window lights
on, tall clean buildings and a skyscraper.
Then, a Stocky and Slim Figure in red and black tights, with
enormous white moving eyes and an emblem of a spider on his
chest, leapts off a building and another one. And lands on a
side building with gargoyles and ran.
FIGURE
Tell me there's something good.
He leapts off of the building side and he swung out his hand
and out of his glove wrist, a long thin web, it made a Thwip
sound.
FIGURE (CONT'D)
Yeehaw!
He swings on the web, pulling himself up onto it and jumps
off shooting another web out.
As he swings, the webs that he shoots out of his hands, land
on the building walls and towers and even lampposts.
He swings by.
CLOSE ON, a newspaper article, reads, Spider-Man:
Troublemaker, with a picture of the character from earlier.
The Figure, Spider-Man. Swings himself high in the air and
lands on a The top of a Tower in New York.

SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
Finally my life is back to normal,
no more people calling me the Devil
In Disguise, no more Multiverse
problems, no more news reporters
going near my doorstep, no more
being in the police station being
accused of killing that Mysterio
bastard.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.) (CONT'D)
(Grabs out his phone as
there is a photo of his
friend, Ned Leeds)
And, no more people knowing that
I'm Spider-Man.
(Puts his phone away)
Except the Avengers and other
heroes.
(Leapts off the tower)
He then swung out his arm again and shot out a web as it
lands on a wall and he swings on the web and lands on the
wall.
SPIDER-MAN
Now. What crime is there now? I
only got two months until I
graduate and go to college. I bet
I'll meet some new friends while
I'm still in High School. Or in
College.
CLOSE UP, Red and Blue colors that are shape like bolts
surrounds Spider-Man's head.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
Spider-Sense.
He turns left and sees a Car zooming fast through the city
with Police cars racing after them through the city, with
some civilians falling back on the pavement because of the
cars.
SPIDER-MAN
Criminals!
(He shoots out and web,
pulls on it and swings
away)
Yeah, that name is way better than
Peter Tingle.

He swings through the city after the cars and lands on the
police car, one crook started shooting Spider-Man but he
dodges and jumps off the police car.
He lands on the front of the car window and he rips the top
of the roof off and two crooks point their guns at him.
Spider-Man shoots his web out at the criminal's guns and
swung the guns away and webbed them to the walls.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
Are you guys crazy?! You could've..
(Turns around)
A FIST, at the end of a right hook, comes into frame and
punches Spider-Man forward, he falls back and hits on the
ground, but he then shoots his webs out and his pulls himself
up and flies in the air.
As he was in the air, he shot his webs out at the crooks and
he pulls them up and ties them to the lampposts.
He turns back towards the car with one criminal still driving
the car and pushing his foot down on the pressure down hard
to go faster.
CROOK
Damn it! I can't lose this Spider-
Creep!
(Grabs out his gun and
starts shooting him)
Spider-Man flips and dodges away as the bullets try to hit
him.
SPIDER-MAN
Missed me!
The Man shoots again and The Teenage Superhero dodges.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
Missed me again!
(Shoots his web at the guy
and he is pull out)
Spider-Man shoots out a large spider web on the wall and the
crook lands on the web.
As the car was still moving, the kid shoots out another web
and made a really huge intricate web between the buildings
and the cars stopped.

SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
(He lands on the floor
dusting off his hands)
Few. Finally, I finished.
He rolls up his glove sleeve and next to his watch was a

Mechanical and black bracelet that had a hand trigger.
He checked the time, it was 8:00.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
Shit, I gotta go!
He leapts off and swings away. The Police Officers get out of
their cars and grabbed out there guns and point them at the
crooks.
CROOK #2
Alright, alright we give up!
(Placing his hands out)
The Officers grab the criminals and bound there hands
together in cuffs.
A Older looking Man, Captain George Stacy, police captain and
a Hard working father. He clicks on a device on his ear.
CAPTAIN STACY
(Speaking on the device
away from the other cops)
Parker.
EXT. THE CITY - SAME

Spider-Man swings by and clicks a device on his Upgraded and
advanced suit.
SPIDER-MAN
Hey Captain Stacy.

CAPTAIN STACY
(Picking up a newspaper)
Since when did you get called a
Troublemaker?
SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
Troublemaker?

EXT. THE CITY - NIGHT

Spider-Man swings onto a Roof.
SPIDER-MAN
What do you mean?
CAPTAIN STACY (V.O.)
Well, it says that a Photographer
named Eddie Brock took a photo of
this and showed it to Jameson.

(Captain Stacy folding the
paper up)
Seems like you have no supporters.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O)
Hey, I do!

(Landing on a apartment
roof)
Jameson just, doesn't like me.

Captain Stacy walks into his car and closed his door and
locked it.
CAPTAIN STACY
Well, I don't know.
(He drives away in the
car)
Hey, I have a Daughter who heading
to your school and graduating.

SPIDER-MAN
You've never told me you had a
Daughter.
Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't.

CAPTAIN STACY
(Pulls out his phone and
saw a text from his
daughter named, Gwen)
Her name is Gwen. She's 17.
INT. PETER'S ROOM - NIGHT

SPIDER-MAN
(Taking off his mask)
So, she's my age?
Yeah.
EXT. CAPTAIN STACY'S HOUSE - SAME

CAPTAIN STACY (CONT'D)
Just don't tell her who you are.
INT. PETER'S ROOM - SAME

Peter now in Jeans, outs on a Gray Sweater and placed his
costume in a suitcase.
PETER
You know I won't. I dealt with
problems in my past that-
EXT. CAPTAIN STACY'S HOUSE - SAME

PETER (CONT'D) (V.O.)
-you didn't know.
CAPTAIN STACY
(Walks towards his door)
Alright then. But I'll deal with
you another time Parker.

PETER (CONT'D)
Well, see you a another time.
They both hang up.

Peter walks out of his room.

CUT TO:
INT./EXT. A WAREHOUSE - SAME

CLOSE ON, a Newspaper article reads, Spider-Man: Hero or
Menace, with a photo of Spider-Man in the air punching a
criminal with hands in black finger less gloves.
MAN
Spider-Man. Who the hell is this
Clown? A Nut Job. Heh.
(Puts on a light blue mask
in the shape of a
lighting bolt star)
He looks more like a Teenage Loser
who has annoying jokes. Well, I'm
going to kill this kid.
His fist sparked out blue bolts of lightning, he flicked his
hand at a wall and blue bolts of electricity blasted out of
his hand and broke the wall into a hole.
MAN (CONT'D)
With no cure,
(His hands made huge bolts
of electricity)
I am no longer Max Dillon.
He crouched down, and his body was full of electricity lights
all around his body.
MAN (CONT'D)
I-am...ELECTRO!
(Leapts up and flies out
of the roof)
He was in the air, levitating with lightning and electricity
all over his body as he raised his hand in a fist towards his
face and looked at the city.
ELECTRO
And I deserve some respect.
CUT TO:
EXT. MIDTOWN HIGH - DAY

Peter Parker, 17, Brown Hair and Brown Eyes, walks into the
front door of his school.

PETER (V.O.)
Where's a Super-villain when you
need one?
INT. PETER'S SCHOOL LOCKER - SAME

CLOSE ON, Peter opens his locker and grabbed out one of his
books.
PETER (V.O.)
Aunt May's mortgage payment's
coming up, and I haven't even got a
job yet, neither do we have money.
Then Red and Blue shape of bolts appear again as we see his
head buzz.
SPLASH!
Peter turns around and saw his School Bully, Flash Thompson,
17, Social Media Guy.
THOMPSON
Sorry Parker!
He laughed with two other guys, Brad Davis and Kenny
MacFarlane, referred as King Kong, or Kenny Kong, or Kong
Harlan were laughing.
PETER
(Turns to him)
Yeah, very clever Flash.
They walk away laughing with other half of the students
laughing.
PETER (V.O.)
My name is Peter Parker, and I am
Spider-Man. Of course, you already
know that. I was Spider-Man for Ten
years. Well I disappeared in 2018
and came back in 2024. The year is
2025 now. My life is finally back
to normal, but at least I own Stark
Tech now, but, no one knows.
He walks into the hallways with other students kissing,
running in the halls, throwing basketballs at nerds and
cheerleaders and a mascot.

PETER (V.O.) (CONT'D)
I have some suits now, my original
best friend, Ned Leeds doesn't know
I'm Spider-Man and he's dating a
girl named Betty Brant, who now
works at the Daily Bugle as a Young
High School Girl. And my original
girlfriend, Michelle Jones, or Mj
doesn't know either, in fact-she's
not my girlfriend anymore. She'snow
dating a New student who is a Rich
and Handsome boy named Harry
Osborn. And there's a new red head
girl named, Mary Jane Watson, who
is also called Mj, but she's dating
Flash.
He walks near a Banner of him in the school picture with

doodles of him.
PETER (V.O.) (CONT'D)
(Grabs out a rag and wipe
the doodles of his face
in the picture)
But, I'm wondering who this Gwen
Stacy girl looks like. I bet she's
pretty.
INT. THE CAFETERIA - LATER

Peter is sitting at a table in the cafeteria, alone, with no
person next to him, sure, there were other students there,
but they were not interested into sitting with him.
PETER (V.O.)
Well, maybe this is good.
We see a Tall and Handsome student, Harry Osborn, 17, Dark
Brown hair and Green eyes, holding a tray, he walks near the
table where Peter is at and sat down.
HARRY
(Placed his tray on the
table and sat down)
You mind if I sit here?
PETER
Yeah sure.
(Moved his books aside)
HARRY
So you don't have friends don't
you?

PETER
Yeah. Well, I use to, but we don't
hang out anymore.
HARRY
I'm Harry.
(Extends out his hand)
Harry Osborn.
PETER
(Extends his hand back)
Peter Parker.
HARRY
(Looks at a School
Picture)
So you are in the same picture I'm
in.
PETER
Yeah. I saw you in the Gymnasium
when it happened.
They both fist bumped each other and smiled.
CUT TO:
INT. A SCIENCE LAB - NIGHT

A Man with red goggles, walks in with mechanical arms on his
back and enters a room.
OCTAVIUS
Osborn.
Norman Osborn, a ruthless businessman was holding a vial with
green liquid in it.
OSBORN
What is it, Octavius?
OCTAVIUS
(Pulls out another vial
with his tentacles)
I made another serum for you.
He tosses the serum at Norman as he catches it and placed the
two vials together.
One Vial read, OZ, and the other one read, Goblin Venom.

OSBORN
I'm Ready.
CUT TO:
INT. MIDTOWN HIGH - LATER

The School Bell Assaults our ears.
EXT. MIDTOWN HIGH - SAME

CLOSE ON, a tree, the CAMERA tracks left and we see Peter and
Harry walking out of the school.
PETER
So that's why I don't have money.
HARRY
Damn. Well, I might give you some
money and you can pay for it.
PETER
(Stops)
No, no, no, I don't need your
money. I'll find a job by myself.
Somehow. But if I can't, I'm just
gonna deal with Payment problems.
Again.
HARRY
Well, you gotta find a job somehow.
PETER
You know, thanks for the help
Harry.
(Fist bumps Harry's hand)
HARRY
Hey also, I might host a Movie
Night tonight. You wanna come?
PETER
Yeah sure. Who's coming.
HARRY
Don't know. I might bring my
Girlfriend Michelle and that Leeds
kid and Brant Girl. What about you?
PETER
I don't know.

HARRY
Bummer.
HARRY (CONT'D)
Anyway, See you.
PETER
Later.
He walks by and he saw a man in some kind of beetle costume
fly into a building.
His head, red and blue colors surround his head again as we
see his head buzzing.
CUT TO:
INT. A BUILDING - SAME

CRASH!
The Man in the Beetle suit breaks the glass wall of the
building and enters.
BEETLE
Ah yes. There it is.
(He walks near a diamond)
What rightfully belongs to me.
A web touches the diamond and pulls back.
SPIDER-MAN
Not so fast Crook!
(Catches the diamond)
Hey, are you new?
BEETLE
Pfft. What the hell are you?
SPIDER-MAN
I'm your Friendly Neighborhood
Spider-Man!
BEETLE
You look like some kind of clown
kid.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh really?
(Swung out his arm and
shot out a web towards
him)

But then the Beetle catches the web and starts pulling on it,
Spider-Man is almost being pulled towards the Beetle but he
gets the upper hand and pulls harder and pulls back.
The Beetle flies straight at Spider-Man and grabs him.

The Beetle drops Spider-Man down and grabbed him with his
clawed boots.
SPIDER-MAN
Yow! You're not The Vulture!
BEETLE
(laughing)
Maybe I'm not Adrian Toomes, but I
can still kick your ass kid!
SPIDER-MAN
Oh yeah?! Kiss this!
(Shoots a web at Beetle's
eyes)
BEETLE
Ack!
The Beetle tries to take the web off of his eyes and Spider-
Man swings his legs up and kicks Beetle into his face.
Spider-Man finally gets out of The Beetle's grasp. He then
swings back at Beetle and kicks him.
He swings his arm out into a fist and straight at Beetle's
face, but the villain catches his hand and punched him hard
into his face knocking out his senses.
Spider-Man falls down into the city, then suddenly, he heard
screaming, he wakes up and he blasted out his web at the
Beetle and zips himself up high in the sky and then kicks The
Beetle into his face.
SPIDER-MAN
Now that is a Squished Beetle!
The Beetle then shoots at Spider-Man as he falls back and
shoots a web and swung into the city and and lands on the
floor. Beetle flies at Spider-Man and starts firing bullets
at Spider-Man but he dodges and then The Beetle accessed his
gloves and clicked on an access of missiles. He pressed the
missiles and now had access of the missiles. HE then started
firing the missiles at Spider-Man, but Spider-Man could
barely use his webs to get the missiles out of the way.
14.
Some of the missiles hit the walls and some of the cars,
people would start running away and screaming with children
crying and running with their parents.
BEETLE
HA HA HA HA HA!
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
No, no, no, no, no!
(He leapts in the air and
webbed the entire walls
up)
Shit! Now I'm fighting some Cracker
in a Metal Beetle suit and being a
complete psycho!
He turns around and Beetle flies at him and punches him back.
Spider-Man falls back and hits a wall.
BEETLE
You little punk! You think you can
beat The Beetle?! You can never
beat me!
SPIDER-MAN
Damn you, you bastard!
(Gets up beaten and Beetle
stopped laughing)
Beetle then walked near the young superhero.
BEETLE
What did you say!
Spider-Man then jumps at Beetle and punches him.
SPIDER-MAN
YOU BASTARD!
The Beetle falls back but lands back on the ground. He looks
back up. Spider-Man runs at the Metal Beetle with a pole and
swings it at him.
The Beetle falls back.
BEETLE
This isn't over yet Spider-Man!
(Grabbed out a small glass
flask and throws it at
the floor)
The glass flask shatter and smoke comes out surrounding the
entire area.

After the smoke stopped, Spider-Man looks around, but he

doesn't see The Beetle around anywhere.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
Damn it! He got away. So much for
my luck.
(Shoots out his web and
zips away by swinging
away)
My Spider-Luck, strikes again!
The People started yelling out Spider-Man's name and started
throwing things at him.
He then jumps up and swings away.
EXT. A BUILDING ROOF - SAME

Spider-Man lands on the flat roof of a building with small
gravel. He sits down near a air duct with a vent door and
takes his mask off.
SPIDER-MAN
Sometimes I hate this Radioactive
spider.
(Placing his hand on his
head)
CUT TO:
INT. THE OSBORN PENTHOUSE, LIVING ROOM - LATER

Harry was sitting in his living room in his house watching
the news of Spider-Man.
NEWS REPORTER
It looks like the so called
"Spider-Man', tried to stop a Man
in a Metal Beetle suit from
stealing the diamond, but he fails
and the city gets destroyed.
Harry grabs the remote and almost clicks the off button
until...
NEWS REPORTER (CONT'D)
But at least the wall crawler
almost defeated this guy.
Harry tossed the remote back onto the couch.
Norman Osborn walks into the living room.

OSBORN
Harry, I won't be back until-
He looked at the TV showing a recording of Spider-Man
fighting The Beetle.
J.J. JAMESON
Who does this menace think he is?!
He thinks he better than us?! What
does the world thinks of this so
called Superhero?! HUH?! These
people could've been killed!
Harry makes a face of Annoyance.
OSBORN
Harry, I won't be back until
another night.
HARRY
Alright dad.
Osborn looks at the Television once more.
HARRY (CONT'D)
Also dad, I just made a New Friend
at school.
OSBORN
What's the kid's name.
HARRY
Peter Parker. He's the same age I
am.
He looks at his dad. Osborn was facing the TV about Spider-
Man.
HARRY (CONT'D)
(Turns away and muttered)
Dad of the Year. Maybe I should
learn how to wall crawl.
OSBORN
Harry, I left a thousand dollars in
case you get Hungry. See you a
different day.
He walks out the door.
Harry then clicks the channel button, the TV changes the
channel.

Harry then thought of something. He grabs out his phone and

starts texting.
HARRY
Hey. It's Harry.
The caller answers and Harry makes a Annoyed face.
HARRY (CONT'D)
Harry Osborn!
The Caller answers what.
HARRY (CONT'D)
What do we can do with a Thousand
Dollars, and my Dad's Penthouse?
CUT TO:
INT. PETER'S ROOM - LATER

Peter is in his room as he took off his costume.
PETER (V.O.)
I wish I can do better. But I don't
want to interfere with the Police,
ever. If I ever do.
He walks out.
INT. PETER'S LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

PETER (V.O.)
I don't even know if I want to go
to Harry's place tonight. But I
just made a New Friend so why not?
He grabs his jacket until...
AUNT MAY
Peter where are you going?
PETER
To anew friend's house. You mind if
I go?
AUNT MAY
I thought you were still friends
with Ned.

PETER
We went our separate ways. So I
made a new friend with Harry Osborn
today.
AUNT MAY
You can go, it's alright.
PETER
Really?
AUNT MAY
Yeah.
Peter grabs his jacket and walks out of his door.
INT. HALLWAY - SAME

Peter closed his door behind him and placed his keys in his
jeans pocket.
He then looks up and stops.
In the hallway, the person who with blonde hair and bright
blue eyes, comes out of her apartment door closed the door
and placed her keys in her pocket, she looks and saw Peter.
He turns away and she walks near.
GIRL
Hey.
PETER
Um, hi.
GIRL
(Smiles at him)
So, you're my neighbor here?
PETER
It kinda seems like you're my new
Neighbor, you just moved in.
GIRL
I'm Gwen Stacy.
(Extends out her hand)
PETER
(Reaches out and shakes
her hand)
I'm Peter Parker.

He looks at her hair as there was pink dye at the end of her
hair.
PETER (CONT'D)
Cool hair.
GWEN
Thanks. You looks nice too.
They looked away for a couple of minutes and turned back to
each other.
PETER
(Looks down at her shirt)
So, you're a Drummer?
She looks down at her white shirt with a pink spider on it.
GWEN
Ah yeah.I made it myself. I had
help from Mary Jane Watson and
Gloria Grant. Who are bass and
guitar players.
PETER
Cool.
GWEN
So, you live with you're Aunt?
PETER
How did you know?
GWEN
Parker, she always comes out of
your apartment.
PETER
It's because she's trying to find a
job for me to stay in School and
graduate. But I want to find a job.
GWEN
Well, you gotta find some job.
PETER
Yeah, that's what Harry Osborn
says.
GWEN
Harry Osborn?
PETER
Yeah.

GWEN
The Rich and Handsome Billionaire?
PETER
Yeah.
GWEN
He's kind of hot.
PETER
Yeah, speaking of which. I'm
heading to his house for a Movie
Night.
GWEN
Yeah?
PETER
Yeah. I was now wondering if you
can at least, you know...
GWEN
Come with you? Of course.
PETER
Thanks.
GWEN
Welcome.
They walk together into the hallway.
CUT TO:
INT. OSBORN INSUSTRIES - NIGHT

We see Octavius in a Dark Green, black and yellow suit walk
in with his mechanical arms.
OCTAVIUS
Ready Mr. Osborn?
OSBORN
I'm ready Octavius.
OCTAVIUS
Call me, Doctor Octopus now.
OSBORN
Whatever.
He then enters the huge container and inject himself with the
vial.

He grunts as he collapses to the floor.

OCTAVIUS
Norman!
Norman's body then started to grow, his arms started to grow,
his finger nails turn into claws, and his skin started to
turn green, his eyes turns into monstrous yellow, his ears
started to grow and turned into long pointy ears, then two
horns bursts out of his head and his hair was no longer on
his head.
He roars in there. Octavius used his tentacles to open the
container, then, a Green Goblin, with two large horns, two
long point ears, a muscular body with ripped pant s up to his
knees, walks out of the container.
He smiles.
DOC OCK
Osborn.
OSBORN
(In a demonic and light
creepy voice)
You-can-call-me.
(He picks up a huge cloaks
and covers himself)
The Green Goblin!
He then starts to laugh, his laugh echoed throughout the
building and outside.
EXT. OSBORN INDUSTRIES - CONTINUOUS

The Goblin's laughter echoed really loud out of the building.
CUT TO:
INT. THE OSBORN PENTHOUSE, LIVING ROOM - NIGHT

The Elevator door opens, we see Peter and his friends there.
NED
I hope this movie night would be
special.
BETTY
I hope, I have work tomorrow.

NED
Well.
(Peter knocks on the
penthouse door)
The Movie Night should be fun.
Then, the person who opens the door. Is Flash.
PETER
Flash?!
THOMPSON
PARTAY!
(Slams the door open)
Inside of the penthouse, were all of the students from
Midtown High, doing a party and drinking.
CLOSE ON, Peter makes a confused face.
PETER (V.O.)
Well, it looks better than fighting
a Beetle.
FADE TO:
INT. OSBORN INSUSTRIES, LAB - LATER

We see Norman, now as a Demonic looking Goblin with green
skin, put on some kind of Purple Armor with a bag, goggles
and gloves, even armored boots.
But the Goblin takes a look at a couple of empty vials and
syringes. He picks one of them up.
GREEN GOBLIN
(Growled voice)
Octopus.
DOC OCK
(Approaching Osborn with
his mechanical arms)
Yes, Mr. Osborn?
GREEN GOBLIN
(Shows the syringe)
While I'm gone,
(Octavius takes the
syringe)
Make some vials where I can
transform back into human anytime.
He places the syringe down next to beakers.

DOC OCK
Yes Mr. Osborn.
(Looks at a photo of
Spider-Man and picks it
up)
What about The Spider-Man?
GREEN GOBLIN
(Looks out at the window)
I'll deal with him. Besides,
CLOSE ON, GREEN GOBLIN'S YELLOW EYE, WE SEE THROUGH THE EYE
IS A REFLECTION OF FIRE.
GREEN GOBLIN (CONT'D)
He's something else.
(Laughs)
CUT TO:
INT. THE OSBORN PENTHOUSE, POOL ROOM - SAME

In the pool room, teenagers were drinking and playing pool on
the table.
CAMERA FLIES
over a teenagers playing pool -- PAST the basketball jocks
and Teens kissing -- PAST Flash Thompson who is a tall jock
now drinking and then crushed the cup and roars -- the nerds
playing chess -- UP over Dj playing the music and
finally -- to the Peter and his friends.
NED
So. We're missing homework for
this?
PETER
This, wasn't suppose to be, this.
He turns up and sees Mary Jane Watson with her bright red
hair talking with other girls.
GWEN
This is strange. I thought you said
Harry was going to have a Movie
Night.
PETER
I did. But I didn't know this would
happen. This is crazy.

GWEN
So, apparently, Harry has a Open
Party to Students.
HARRY
The whole school actually.

Okay, we're heading there to face

PILOT
(Turns to the officer)

He always deals with this.
OFFICER

Spider-Man was holding on the bottom underneath very tight.

(quietly)
You know where Electro's at,

He makes a awkward face with his eyes.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)

EXT. POWER PLANT - CONTINUOUS

Electro then placed his hand on the camera and stoled its
power and he laughed.

He looks at the copter and he even saw Spider-Man there. He
makes an angered expression with his glowing blue face and
illuminated eyes.
CLOSE UP, red and blue colors in lightning bolts, surrounded
Spider-Man's head.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)

Electro Swung out his arms and blasted the copter

Spider-Man jumps off and falls in between two small

buildings.

The Pilot was trying to turn up but the helicopter was
falling down with smoke pouring out.
PILOT
We're hit! We've lost all power!
EXT. POWER PLANT - CONTINUOUS

The Helicopter was falling down into the alley with buildings
in the power plant.
Spider-Man swung himself to a wall of the alley.
SPIDER-MAN
This is gonna hurt.
THWIP!
Spider-Man shot his webs out multiple times and the
helicopter lands on it.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
Ouch, Ouch, Ouch, Ouch, Ouch!
He slaps the web on the wall below him and he jumps off and
webs the entire copter multiple times.

The Pilot tries to budge himself out of the buckle and the
Officer tries helping him until...
Spider-Man busts open the door.
OFFICER
Spider-Man!
SPIDER-MAN
(grabs a sharp glass)
Don't worry. I'll get you out of
here.
He cuts the buckle with the glass and the Pilot is finally
out, the carefully climbed down on the web, until Spider-Man
webs down a slide.
They slide down and made it to the ground.

SPIDER-MAN
(flips back and lands on a
pole)
Spread the words chief! And get out
of here.
(He leapts up)
Then the colored bolts appeared around his head again.
CLOSE ON, SPIDER-MAN'S EYE SHOWS ELECTRO SHOOTING ELECTRICITY

SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
(dodges)
Hey! No fair! Sure don't give me
time to set up my plan or anything!
He blasted more electricity at him, but he again dodged.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)

going to pay for you're electricity

ELECTRO
(blasted out another bolt)
SHUT YOUR PIE HOLE YOU BRAT!
Spider-Man then punches Electro, but he doesn't flinch, or
fall or even move.
Electro then punches Spider-Man with a Electrical punch.
SPIDER-MAN

ELECTRO
(Laughed and cackled)
With all this power you can't hurt
me Spider-Brat! I am Invincible!
He then shoots Spider-Man away as he lands on a wall. And
Electro turns into a lightning bolt and flies at a Screen and
appeared.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
( jumps up and swings)
I gotta get his attention.

ELECTRO
You know Spider-Man! You're nothing
but an Insignificant bug!
He then swung his arms out in the screen, and the lighting
came out of the screen.
ELECTRO (CONT'D)
I'm plugged into the system man!
(Spider-Man dodges a bolt)
I can turn off cars!
(He dodges again)
Cause planes to fly high!
(He again dodges)
SHUT DOWN EVERY COMPUTER ACROSS THE
WORLD!
(Spider-Man swings a
couple of times and then
lands on a building wall)
NOW! BOW DOWN, BEFORE THE KING.
Spider-Man looks up at Electro in the screen.
SPIDER-MAN
The king? Jeez, I thought Jameson
was a real blow hard! The King's
gotta keep an eye on a lot of
things. No offense Electro, but you
don't have that kind of Brain

Electro laughs as he mocks the Hero.

(Swung his arm and blasted
Spider-Man)

power plant with a ladder.

He opened his glove and takes out a little container of

wasted webs and tossed it aside, he reached onto his waist of
his suit. From it, he grabs another small container and

He shot a web out of his shooter as he pressed on the trigger

He stops, he isn't in the fan shredded to pieces.

Then his head buzzes, he looks up and hears a voice.
ELECTRO (V.O.)

Spider-Man climbs down on a surface in the other part of the
power plant as he is hiding from Electro.

He looks at a glass mirror near a wall, and Electro looked at
the mirror and saw him.
ELECTRO
There you are!
He then appeared near the mirror and he blasted his lightning
at Spider-Man, but he again dodges.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
Oh no. Here we go again.
He jumps in the air and lands near a reactor device.
ELECTRO
COME BACK HERE!
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
(He looks at the device)

He turns around, and Electro is standing there.
ELECTRO (CONT'D)

He flies at Spider-Man and strangles him with his electrical
hands.

SPIDER-MAN

(Webs Electro's face)
But You'll be fryed.
He throws Electro at the device. And he leapts away.
Electro finally got the webs off of his face.
He smiled as he saw the device.
ELECTRO
Why. Thanks Spider-Man.
He swung his arms out and touches the device, and he his body
showed energy.
But then, around him his face glowed brighter.

(Trying to pull away but
is stuck)
Spider-Man! Curse You!
Electro once again tries to pull himself away from the device
but couldn't.
ELECTRO (CONT'D)

His skin on his body then started shredded off and fall
apart, and some parts of his suit started to shredded, his
entire body gets blasted with lightning and electricity as
his body shreds apart.
As Spider-Man watches in horror, Electro started to
deteriorate.
ELECTRO (CONT'D)
HELP ME!
SPIDER-MAN
(Jumps at Electro)
NOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Then a energy blast blasted Spider-Man away as he hits the
wall.
ELECTRO

Electro deteriorates and explodes in a flash of light and is
gone.
The only one there now was Spider-Man, alone.

(Placed his hands on his

Electro blasted Spider-Man and his costume got a g=cut on his
chin.

Peter turns back to her.
PETER

Peter, in a Blue ESU sweater is in the hallway, looking at

Then, a laugh is heard. He turns around and sees The Green

Goblin in sliver purple armor, with a bag and a glider
standing there.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)

He swings his arm at Spider-Man and punches him. He falls
back off the roof and lands on the concrete ground of Time
Square.
EXT. TIME SQUARE - CONTINUOUS
The Green Goblin flies down on the glider and shoots missiles
out of his glider. As the missiles hit the walls and Spider-
Man shoots his web out at him.
The Goblin catches the web.
GREEN GOBLIN
What's this, Spider-Man.
(Pulls the web back)
A Little web?
Spider-Man is then pull towards Green Goblin, and as he is
close, Green Goblin punches Spider-Man as he lands on the
ground but thrusted back up and pows Goblin in his face.
Goblin then smiled, he wipes the blood of his mouth and
throws pumpkin balls at a balcony of scientists.
Spider-Man then used his webs and swung them back up into the
sky then Green Goblin shoots Spider-Man with a Grapple rope.
Spider-Man tries to get out.
All of the civilians run away and the police run to help
Spider-Man, but Goblin punches them all back.
Green Goblin then placed a tow on Spider-Man in the ropes.
Green Goblin then leapted onto his Glider and flies in the
sky.
He kept trying to hit Spider-Man in the traffic, but he
dodges every car and truck and van in the city, then Goblin
goes into the sky and laughs.

Time to battle!
He swings Spider-Man as he crashed onto a metal bridge near a
Power Plant, he gets up and finally escaped the ropes.
He looked up, and saw The Beetle in the air.

Hello, Spider-Man. You look like
you can use a shave!
SPIDER-MAN
I'm 17! Not 21!
BEETLE
Whatever.
(throws a bomb at him)
Spider-Man dodged the bomb and kicks Beetle in the air, then
a mechanical arm grabbed Spider-Man and slammed him to the
wall.
Green Goblin then grabbed out a Pumpkin shaped ball and
clicks the stem that was a pressure button.
GREEN GOBLIN
Have a Pumpkin, Spider-Man!
(Throws the ball at him)
Spider-Man dodges and web swings and dodges their attacks.
SPIDER-MAN
Come on dude! Pumpkins are not
meant to be weapons!
(He lands on a power plant
tower)
Their meant to be Pie!
He jumps at Beetle and lands on his back, and punches him
multiple times. Beetle grabs his face and throws him down,
Spider-Man's head buzzes as he shot a web at Beetle and
zipped himself up, he raised a fist, until Doc Ock's
mechanical arms punched Spider-Man in the face.
He falls down on wooden box and broke the wood, he was on the
ground tired and exausted.

Spider-Man gets up but falls back onto his knees, he looks up
at the three villains.

Spider-Man then jumped in the air and blasted the three
enemies with his webs, he webs them up but they some how
escape the webs and Doc Ock punches Spider-Man with his arms.
Spider-Man fell back into the water.
Green Goblin made an Angered face.

We see Spider-Man in the water knocked out.
He wakes up and...

Spider-Man jumped out of the water and swam to a dock as he
leapted out onto the wooded dock.

He pressed a button, the tester in a suit went near the bomb
device, he looks through all of the wires, he looks around,
he cuts the red one, it doesn't explode.
But then, a pumpkin shaped bomb lands near the guy.

The bomb explodes as the flames engulfs him. Laughing
assaults our ears.
Then suddenly, Green Goblin swoops in with his metallic
glider shot missiles out of his glider.
The missiles fly at the protected glass and then blew the
scientists up.
The Green Goblin laughs.
GREEN GOBLIN
It's time I give this city a war
again! They should think about a
little fun!
(laughs)

It was a cloudy day.
Two Months Later.
There were students of Midtown High outside with Graduation
clothes on.
Peter was next to his Aunt May as there were photos of them
being snapped.

Harry walks out of his penthouse with a clear and rubber
umbrella above him, he held a phone to his ear.

What happened with you and Peter
earlier?
OSBORN
We just had a talk Harry.
HARRY
Are you sure, he kept acting
worried and so nervous. Did you do
something bad to him?
OSBORN
What? No Harry, I don't know what
happened.

FOCUS ON SPIDER-MAN
Spider-Man with a backpack on, shoots out a web thread in the
rainy day in New York, he shoots out a couple of webs and
swings through the wet and cold city.
He lands on a rooftop, looking down below him, we see Gwen
walking in the rain wearing a hoodie, Spider-Man jumps off
the roof and enters the Alleyway.
Gwen enters a small store called, Teo's Bodega.
INT. TEO'S BODEGA - CONTINUOUS

Gwen takes her hood off and approaches the table.
The owner, Teo, turns around and saw Gwen.
TEO
Ah, hello Miss Stacy.
GWEN

Just Boba and a charger.
She placed her change and money on the table and pays.
TEO

In the back, Peter leans his head on the window and looks
out. Gwen at the front, leaning her face on the window,

Then as she walked away, thugs follow her, then it started
raining again. It was raining hard with a storm.
ANGLE ON ROOFTOP LEDGE
On the rooftop, we see Gwen run into a Alley way with the
thugs running after her.
THUG
Where are you going sweetheart?! We

(they laugh)
Spider-Man on the rooftop, putting his mask on as he jumped
of the ledge.
EXT. ALLEYWAY - CONTINUOUS

Gwen ran into the alleyway and ran onto puddle as the
raindrops fall into the water puddles, the thugs ran after
her, she stopped near a corner and turns around.
The THUGS have surrounded Gwen. She makes a scared face in
the rain then smiles.
GWEN
Look boys, I don't have any
jewelry.
THUG

(pulls out a pocket knife)
We want your money.
She gives them her wallet, they take the cash out and toss
her wallet in the puddle.
THUG (CONT'D)
Alright let's go.
Two thugs smiled and said.
BOTH
Nah, let's speak with this Woman of
Beauty, I say we have fun.
(laughs)
She runs until another thug grabs her and throws her to the
floor, she falls and one thug grabs her. Then, The Thugs are
taunting her, harassing her, putting their hands on her.

Gwen's looking around for help, but it's late, cold and empty
streets around here. One of the Thugs grabs her by the
jacket, pulls her forward, and raises his other hand,
CLICKING open a switchblade.
THUG
Oh, come on sweetheart. Let's go to
my place.
(he grabs her)
We're going to have fun!
Suddenly the Thug stiffens, hit in the back by a web line.
The second Thug does likewise, then they both fly backwards
off their feet, yanked hard by Spider-Man, who clings to the
building across the street.
He lands on the ground and stands up with his head down, he
raised his head up at the men with his large blue glowing
enormous eyes, he was in an Iron suit with blue and red, and
some gold parts.
SPIDER-MAN
Hey men, we never hit women!
THUG
Piss off you bum!
The Thugs ROAR in anger and lunge across the street toward
him. But Spider-Man swung his arm inside the iron suit, in
the air and does a high upper cut punch as the man is in the
air, Spider-Man's golden spider arms in the suit comes out,
grabs the thug and slams him down as he falls to the ground.
SPIDER-MAN
We hit the men who hit women.
That's what we really do.
One thug throws Gwen onto the wet puddle as she felt to the
wet floor as rain fell onto her. The thugs ran at Spider-Man,
and Spider-Man jumps back at them. We don't see much, just
flying fists, motion blurs, and Thug after Thug flying off
his feet.
Gwen watches, transfixed. Now, that's a hero.
The Thugs all scatter, Spider-Man stands there, chest
heaving.
GWEN
Hello.
Spider-Man turns around then he leapts in the air, and we
hear web sounds.

Gwen looks around and backs up towards a wall.

Suddenly, Spider-Man jumps behind her.
SPIDER-MAN

Gwen jumps and turns around seeing Spider-Man standing there.
GWEN
(shes smiles, and moves

back up and he web zips himself up and he swings away.

Octavius is near a device, he clicks on it.
He looks up, there is a TV Screen showing, Spider-Man facing
the Green Goblin in Tim Square.

Peter is walking with Harry, Mary Jane and Gwen that day.

He turns around fast and a octopus arm punches Spider-Man
across the face, Spider-Man falls off the rail but gets
catched by Doc Ock's arms.
Doc Ock raised him up in the air with his arms, holding
Spider-Man's hands and legs. He tries to escape but struggles
in the arms, he can't even shoot his webs because of the arms
grip.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)

Spider-Man?

Spider-Man makes a shocked face with his eyes.

use his webs, when the webs approach Doc Ock, he swats them
away with a electric saw in his arms.

Hey also, what are you also suppose

DOC OCK

SPIDER-MAN

(the villain swings his
arms at the kid, but he
dodges and lands back on

He swings his arm at Spider-Man.
SLOW MOTION...Doc Ock,s mechanical octopus arm...transforms
into an electric saw...Spider-Man swings his head back from

He jumps back as the saw flies up.

Spider-Man jumps at him and...

He falls back but lands back on his feet with his arms, and

(laughs)
The arms swings at Spider-Man, he dodges and lands on the
railroad grind.

SLOW MOTION...Spider-Man's eyes turned to fury...a empty
minecart zooms and is racing at the two...Spider-Man jumps
back on the rail...Doc Ock used his two arms to grabbed
Spider-Man...he grabs them and ties them together with his
webs...he jams them under the carts until...
...Doc Ock hits the carts and falls off the side, Spider-Man
jumps on that side but spins a web and lands on the wooden
side.
Spider-Man looks down and his eyes widen.
SPIDER-MAN
Yikes!
The octopus arms swing at Spider-Man, punching him off the
side, he lands on the floor. He gets back up.
DOC OCK

(placed his hand on his

Octopus then swung his arm at Spider-Man, he jumps up but is

(goes close to him)

didn't get into his eyes. The arms let go of him.
One ARM, fills the screen zooming towards the camera fast,
and we see Spider-Man, punched by Doc as he falls at a Pac-
man machine and breaks it, the kids run away.
Doc Ock used his real hands and rips the webbing off of his
goggles.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)
I know far more about you than you
realize!

The people run away with there kids, and they stop to see
Spider-Man and the villain.
Spidey turns around fast, and is already punched by Doc, he
falls on the concrete floor.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)
Yes! Now I'm this close to ending
you're annoying intellect!
Brings out the saw again and swings it at Spider-Man but he
leapts away, in the air Spider-Man finally shoots a web at
Octopus arms, he pressed the Spider emblem on his chest, and
electricity surges out of it and shocks Doc Ock.
SPIDER-MAN
Ha! How's that for electricity?!
And yeah I wouldn't exactly call
that a Hand!
Doc Ock shoots ink out of his arm on a wall, Spider-Man runs
at the wall with ink but slips and falls on the floor.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)

SPIDER-MAN
I need to point out one thing!
(points at the arms)
You do know that an Octopus has
Eight limbs, and has the word
"Octo" right? Things to think

Doctor Octopus punches Spider-Man across the face, he falls
back and lands on the top of a Merry Go Round.

Then a kid takes a picture of him, his face was horrified
and scared, he runs away. Octopus grabs him with his arms,
then Octopus smiles.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)

Spider-Man leapt off and lands in front of Doctor Octopus.

SPIDER-MAN
Put Him down!
DOC OCK

He jumps all around Ock's arms, but he comes back with the
arms trying to attack.
SPIDER-MAN
(swings on the arm)
JUNGLE GYM!
Doc Ock's saw arm zooms at him, and his arm cuts Spider-Man,
and he grabs Ock's arm and buzzes the octopus arm holding the
kid.
DOC OCK
Let go of my arm!
The Kid escapes and runs away.
Spider-Man still has Octopus saw buzzer on the arm, then his
arm moves away and cuts Spider-Man again but this time on the
chest.
Spider-Man lands on the floor, he looks at the holes on his
costume and realized he has a cut.
SPIDER-MAN
Hey buddy, this is my favorite
suit!
Spider-Man jumps and swings away until the arms catches
Spider-Man by the leg, he is hanged upside down, Octavius
smiles.
DOC OCK
I never understood the joy of
hunting down another living
creature.
(transforms another arm
into a electronic taser)

SPIDER-MAN

let out a horrible scream, he then throws Spider-Man throw

INT. FUN HOUSE - CONTINUOUS

SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
Damn it. I must've made him mad.
(gets up)
I gotta learn to shut up next-
He looks at a bunch of mirrors, he turns around and Doc Ock
was there.
He shatters the mirror, but Spider-Man wasn't there, he saw
him in another one.
He shatters more, he looks in a mirror, it shows Doc Ock with
nice and slicked back hair.
DOC OCK
I was handsome once.
SPIDER-MAN
Maybe this can be yours if you
shave for once, no offence Ock,
but, you look like a total mess.
He yells and shatters the mirror of his reflection and goes
for Spider-Man but missed and hits another mirror.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
(on a huge mirror with his
head)
You have any idea how many years of
Bad Luck you just bought?
He shatters the huge mirror, with Spider-Man, finally there
this time in the middle of mirrors.
Doctor Octopus used his arms to try and hit him but missed
and hits the mirrors too. Again, again and again.

SPIDER-MAN
(actually on a mirror and
real)
And I don't like it!
Spider-Man jumps off the mirror, the arms attack, but Spider-
Man puts them out and away from him as he dodged and lands on
another glass mirror on a wall.
Octopus finally hits him as Spider-Man crashes on the floor,
now there were no more mirrors, but neon lights around them.
Doc Ock hits Spider-Man with his arms, beating the living
crap out of him.
He picks up Spider-Man by the neck, with his arm and lifts
him in the air, he slams him on the ground one more time and
lifts him back up.
DOC OCK
You're coming with me Parker!
SPIDER-MAN
(struggling)
Over my Dead Body!
DOC OCK
If...you insist.
He raised Spider-Man high in the air of the room and shocks
him, with electricity, giving him pain. Spider-Man screams in
pain.
As he is almost pasted out, Octavius drops Spider-Man as he
tumbles on the ground. Exausted.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
You call this a Fun House?
(pasts out)
FADE TO BLACK.
Spider-Man is laying there, beaten and unconscious.
He awakens, he gets up, still sitting. He placed his hands
down. He smashes the ground with his fist.

He runs at the man and hugs him.

to take on this guy.

He wakes up a little, still dizzy with his vision still

Spider-Man finally gets his vision in focus.
OCTAVIUS (CONT'D)
(turns around)
Ah, your finally awake, Spider-Man.

(takes his mask off)

We see Peter's face, with a black eye and blood coming out of
his mouth.

Close On, Spider-Man moves his head, his hand, he shot a web
out of his wrist and it lands on the saw, he pulls it towards
the tentacles holding him as it cuts it.
Spider-Man jumps at Octavius and kicks him.
DOC OCK

SPIDER-MAN

He lands on the ground.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)

Doc Ock swings his arms at Spider-Man, he hits him once, but
Spidey gets back up he jumps at him and gives him a Good
Sucker Punch. Spider-Man puts his mask back on.
He falls on the wall, and Spider-Man webs him up.

It was probably really expensive

(walks near him)

His head buzzes.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)

He looks at him.

Then Beetle flies down and stomps on Spider-Man.

Octopus punches Spider-Man as he falls into a bunch of
crates, Spider-man gets up, he looks in horror.

He then swings him to a wall, another and another wall until
he throws him at another, Spider-Man falls down, exausted.

(Turns to Osborn)

He swings Spider-Man off the wall.

Norman falls back laying straight, Ock puts a collar around
his neck. Osborn gets up but is shocked by the collar as he
falls back.

(turns to Spider-Man)
Now there's still the matter of
finding out what makes you tick
Parker.
He walks and slams Spider-Man to the ground, letting him go.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)

(placed his saw near his
face)
Now that, I dissect your desirable.
Ock holds him back down.
SPIDER
(finally answers)
Sounds like fun. But, let me check

Then Spider-Man finally web Thwips Octavius' goggles,
blinding him again.
He jumps at him, we don't see much, just a light fall on the
ground, the light retracts a shadow of the two fighting, at a
wall, Spider-Man punches Octavius in the face and kicks him.
He grabs out his camera and takes a picture.
Norman was on the ground groaning loud, his body then starts
to grow, his horns get huger, his ear get sharper and pointer
and even bigger, his nails on his fingers turn into large
claws, and like last time, he appears as the Demonic looking
Goblin.
Then...
CRASH!
Shield agents crash in with guns and missiles.
Spider-Man looks at Osborn, now as the Goblin.
SPIDER-MAN
Hey Norman! You're looking a little
green as always!
Green Goblin roars at Spider-Man.

Green Goblin roars again, but at Octavius this time, and he

runs at him.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)

INT. THE RESTAURANT - LATER

Harry was sitting on the table looking at the singer on the
stage of the restaurant, singing, Good 4 U.
He turns around and Mary Jane was next to him.
MARY JANE

MARY JANE

HARRY
It's Peter and my Dad, both of them
are always gone and never here.

Octavius shocks him, until Shield Agents started shooting, he
attacks them with his arms and laughs.
S Green Goblin is still being shocked, he tackles on the
collar and he rips it off, he walks near Octavius and attacks
him.
INT. SHIELD BASE - CONTINUOUS

Nick Fury is at the base, with other agents.
NICK FURY
Quartermain, What's going on?
QUARTERMAIN (V.O.)
He's beating the crap out of him!
NICK FURY

Goblin picks up Ock's tentacle and swings him to a wall, he
swings him at the agents, he even swings him at Spider-Man as
the kid falls through the crashed hole the agents came from.

Goblin swings Ock at another wall and finally gives him a

fatal blow at his machine as it shocks him. Goblin goes near
him and bashes the hell out of him, Octavius spatted some
blood out of his mouth, his nose was even bleeding as he
wipes it off.
He turns around.
GREEN GOBLIN
(Lowly growls)
Where are you Parker?
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. THE HUDSON RIVER - CONTINUOUS

Spider-Man swam in the water and climbed out with his black
and red tights all wet, he crawls out and lays on the docks
of the Hudson River like the other night.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh my god. He actually beated him.
(gets up)
I can still face him head on.
He runs off the dock and into the street with cars
everywhere, the people in the cars yelled at him.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)

He finally shot out his webs and pulls himself up and swung
through the city.
Then suddenly...
GREEN GOBLIN
PARKER!
He turns around as Green Goblin on his glider smashes Spider-
Man, he crashes through a wall.
INT. OSCORP BUILDING - CONTINUOUS

Spider-Man crashed through the wall of the building and falls
on the through the floor.
INT. UNDER THE OSCORP BUILDING - CONTINUOUS

Spider-Man falls on the ground, he gets up.

Goblin lands on the ground off of his glider, he smiles.

SPIDER-MAN
(Turns around)
Osborn!
He raised his hand and aimed it at him with his hand surging
through lightning.
SPIDER
You sick Freak!
(swings his arm out and
the web shot out)
The web lands on Goblin's eyes, Spider-Man jumps at him and
Kicks him.
He steps back, blinded, but is still on his feet, Spider-Man
lands on his feet, he clenches his hand into a fist and jumps
up and swings up a upper cut.
SPIDER-MAN
(punches him again)
This is for what you've done to
Shield!
(punches him)
And what you did to me!
He gets angry and lunges at Norman, he takes the webbing off
and catches his arm, he squeezes it, Spider-Man struggles.
Spider-Man's FOOT, fills the screen as he kicks the Goblin.
Spider-Man escapes his grip, Goblin falls back, but lands on
his knees.
He looks back up and Spider-Man flips at him and kicks him
back.
Spider-Man punched him, once, twice, three times and a fourth
time.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
I should beat you with a paste!
Green Goblin groans.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
But I'm not going to!
(jumps off)
It's not your fault! You don't have
to be this, this Green Goblin.
(gets up)

Green Goblin makes a said face, but changed it back and

lunges at Spider-Man.
He leapts over him and lands behind him, Goblin swings a
punch but misses as Spidey lands on the wall, Green Goblin
swings his lightning arm at him, but again he missed and
Spider-Man lands behind him.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
NORMAN! I know you're in there!
He runs at him and holds him to the wall.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
You're still human inside! Think
about your son and my Best friend
Harry!
(Goblin leans back but is
slammed back by Spider-
Man)
Whatever you did to Doc Ock and
whatever he did to you, doesn't
change that fact that you loved
your son!
(The Goblin's face makes a
face of sadness)
Norman! Please!
Norman as the Goblin makes a tear out of his eye.
NORMAN
(deep voice)
My son?
But the Goblin comes back and makes a angered face.
GREEN GOBLIN
Osborn! NO-
(grabs Spider-Man's hands
and head bumps his head)
-MOORRREEE!
He then picks him up and throws him far across the room to a
wall.
Green Goblin runs at Spider-Man with his hand he makes a
Electrical surge and plunges his hand at Spider-Man who was
on the wall, but the young wall crawler holds the hand back,
grunting.
CLOSE UP, the lightning attracts light at Goblin's face as he
answers.

ONLLLYYYY...THE GREEN GOBLIN!
He then swung his other arm at Spider-Man, he brought out his
other arm holding the two hands, he struggles to keep the
electrical surging glove away as it gets closer.
SPIDER-MAN
(Struggling)
Sorry, Mr Osborn! But this city, is
like my family!
(goes a little close)
And if I gotta take you out to save
this city...
(grunts as he squeezes the
arm)
...then that's what I'm gonna do!
He lunges forward at him and forced goblin's hand to his
face, shocking the hell out of him and Spider-Man.
The hand blasted the both of them back, Goblin hits through
the hole of the building up.
INT. OSCORP BUILDING - CONTINUOUS

He crashes on the glass lamp on the ceiling.
Close on, Goblin was stuck between the glass as he moves,
then a web touches the glass.
Spider-Man comes out of the hole, puls himself up on the web
and punches the Goblin as he falls on the ground.
Spider-man lands on the floor, Goblin gets up but his face is
shot by Spider-Man's web.
Green Goblin finally gets up and swings Spider-Ma all around
the room, Parker is being crashed at the walls, the glass
windows in the building and a stand, then finally, Goblin
throws him on the ground.
Goblin placed his huge hands on the web and pulled it off of
his eyes and swung his arm out and aimed it at Spider-Man.
Spider-Man then tuns up at him.
SPIDER-MAN
Alright then! Let's try this
untangled again shall we?!

He jumps at him and kicks him down. Green Goblin falls on the
ground and his electrical glove blasted the ceiling and it
caused the building to catch on fire.
Spider-Man gets up, still standing on him, the Goblin looks
up at him and...
GREEN GOBLIN
MINE!!
(Punches him up)
Spider-Man falls up and crashes towards the ceiling, he falls
back on the ground.
He gets up until The Goblin stomps him back down on the
ground.
You know nothing Boy! I am The
Green Goblin now! I am no longer
Norman Osborn! I no longer need you
as My slave!
(he placed his face
closer)
Spider! Goblin! Same Blood! Spider,
Goblin...Family!
The Goblin looks up, he jumps off of Spidey and lands on his
glider and flies away, his laugh echoed throughout the
building.
EXT. OSCORP BUILDING - CONTINUOUS

Nick Fury and the shield agents come out of their helicopters
and ran towards the roof.
NICK FURY
Check the building and find...
Spider-Man crawls out of the roof, he jumps out and lands on
the roof, holding his arm.
NICK FURY (CONT'D)

Spider-Man approaches him.
SPIDER-MAN

He falls in Fury's hands.

Point of view, a shield agent placed his hand on Spidey's
head.
EXT. A BUILDING - CONTINUOUS

Green Goblin was sitting on a ledge of a building, watching
the city below him.
He looks down.
EXT. THE FRONT, OSCORP BUILDING - CONTINUOUS

The police officers were in front of the fiery building.
Captain Stacy arrived.
CAPTAIN STACY
Now everyone stay back! This is-
Harry Runs to him.
HARRY
Where's my dad?!
CAPTAIN STACY

dangerous.

She looks at the building, she gasped and placed her hand on
her mouth.

Peter, unmasked, wakes up in his torned apart black and red
tights.
He gets up. Then Nick Fury placed his hand on his shoulder.

(swats Fury's hand away)

Harry was near the table, he pours a bottle of Vodka, in a
glass cup, he drinks it and pours more. He placed the bottle
down and walked to his balcony.
EXT. OSBORN PENTHOUSE, BALCONY - CONTINUOUS

Harry stands near the stone grind of his balcony, his tears
fall down from his eyes.
HARRY

(Drinks his cup)
Then suddenly a claw tentacle arm jumps at the CAMERA, Harry
falls back dropping the glass but another arm catches it.
The person who climbs up with the tentacles, it's Doc Ock.
Octavius was still wearing his suit, that is now damaged, the
arms were half damaged.

I thought you were dead! And What

Peter was sitting on his bed, he doesn't have his mask,
gloves and boots and his costume on either.
He was sitting on his bed, he gets up and walks near his desk
with his damaged black and red tights.

statue, and the people run.

They run, Peter, with his bag, runs to the alleyway, making
sure that Randy and Indira were not there.

EXT. ROOFTOP - CONTINUOUS

Peter was on a roof.
PETER (V.O.)
Today has just gone from Best to
Worst.
He placed his web shooters on his wrist.

He puts his mask on.

a plaid shirt, a old navy shirt and jeans.
Punches Shocker across the face.

He lands on the floor, Shocker falls back but gets up.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
I thought you were in jail. And I
didn't know you're name was Herman.
SHOCKER

The Shocker blasted out a beam at Spider-Man but he dodges,
he lunges at Shocker but is punched by his glove, he falls
back on the floor.
SHOCKER

He aims his gloves at him.
Extreme close up, Spider-Man's eyes, show a reflection of the
Shocker as his head buzzes.
He blasted out the webs with his hands.
The webs eventually lands on the gloves and shock the hell
out of Shocker, he screams.
He falls to the floor exausted. The police aim there guns at
him.
SPIDER-MAN
Now, the Shocker has been shocked.
He steps back away.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
(jumps away and swings
away)
Man, I could've handled that
better. I could've really hurt
someone in that crowd. I should've
disarmed him before he knew I hit
him.
CUT TO:
INT. A LAB - LATER

We now see Harry, strapped to a metal bed, now in a deep and
dark blue suit, with orange armor on, orange finger less
gloves, orange armored boots, and a orange cloak with an
orange hood over his head.
His arms were tied to the edges, and so were his legs. He was
in a dark room, with no lights on, except a light retracting
on him.
The lights come on.

Doc Ock was standing there with his tentacles.

HARRY
Where am I?
DOC OCK
You're in my new lab.
He approaches.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)
And welcome, Mr. Osborn.
HARRY
How did I get here?!
DOC OCK
I just knocked you out and brought
you here. It was impossible to put
the suit on you, so I out you in a
machine and well, here's the
result.
HARRY
Just let me go. What are you going
to do with me?
DOC OCK
Oh...
(grabs out a syrringe with
yellow liquid)
...you'll see.
He injects the syrringe into Harry's arm, he grunts, he takes
the syrringe out and Harry falls on the ground as he was
released.
He holds his stomach with one hand, and was holding himself
up with the other hand.
He looks up at Octavius as he smiles.
HARRY
What did you put in me?!
DOC OCK
Oh, a Hobgoblin serum.
HARRY
What?!

DOC OCK
Like you're father, who is now a
Goblin, I injected you with
something far more powerful. You
see, i made a mix of your Father's
DNA, the OZ and Spider-Man's DNA,
and I even made my own Hobgoblin
serum. And voila.
Harry lunges at him with a fist but like his father, missed.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)
And you're Best Friend, Peter
Parker is Spider-Man.
HARRY
You're wrong! Peter is my Best
Friend! Spider-Man is just a
superhero!
DOC OCK
No, I'm telling you the truth. Now,
you are The Hobgoblin.
Harry falls back on the ground, he is grabbed by Ock and is
thrown in a huge container.
Harry screams as he collapsed back to the ground.
He looked at his hands.
Close Up, his finger nails in the long armored finger less
gloves, turned into claws.
Close Up, Harry's teeth turn into Fangs.
His body then got way more muscular, he got a little taller.
His skin turned yellow, as he opened his eyes, they were
glowing bright red, and they were huge.
Octavius opens the container door.
DOC OCK (CONT'D)
Hello, Hobgoblin.
HARRY
(in a high and demonic
voice)
What happened to me?!
DOC OCK
I gave you a new gift Hobgoblin.
You are now my newest creation.

Hobgoblin smiles as he grabbed a bag and a Phantom shape

glider.

EXT. THE CAFE - LATER

It was cloudy now.
Gwen was sitting outside at a cafe, under an umbrella on the
table, she was drinking a cup of coffee with another cup and
was texting on her phone.
Peter ran and slipped.
GWEN
(gasped)

Peter gets up and shakes his head off.
PETER

She helps him up.
PETER (CONT'D)

Hobgoblin was on a rooftop ledge, staring down at Peter and
Gwen kissing.
His eyes squint in anger, as he smiles.
EXT. THE CAFE - CONTINUOUS

GWEN
(her and Peter sit back)
I feel the same way.
They both smile.
DISSOLVE TO:

Hobgoblin flies through the sky, on his Phantom Glider,
laughing.
HOBGOBLIN
The Blonde Girl looks beautiful.
(smiles)
HARRY (V.O.)
That's Gwen, no! Don't you dare
touch her you Hobgoblin Bastard!
Hobgoblin laughs.
HOBGOBLIN
Oh please Harry. I control your
body now!
(laughs)
And because your friend is Spider-
Man, I will kill him and her.
He flies towards an apartment and laughs.
INT. GWEN'S APARTMENT - CONTINUOUS

Gwen entered her apartment with her same clothes on, she
tossed her bag on the chair and falls back on her couch.
She smiles. And she closed her eyes.
Then, Hobgoblin's hand touch her mouth, she waks up fast and
starts to struggle.

Hobgoblin placed his clawed finger near her face and said.
HOBGOBLIN
Sshhh. Don't panic sweety, it's me.
Harry.
(laughs)
Her face becomes horrified as she was being hold down by his
hand on her mouth.
CUT TO:
EXT. A ROOFTOP - NIGHT

Green Goblin jumps at the CAMERA as his eyes glowed and he
jumps and blackens the screen.

Peter wakes up and falls off of the couch.

EXT. THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

Extreme Close up, Hobgoblin's grinning mouth.

Oh, Doc Ock did it, he gave me a
new upgrade like my Dad. And he

He turns to Gwen, who was tied to a pole with her mouth
taped, she was tied in ropes and was unconscious.

(Smiles)
I captured Gwen, and she doesn't
like it.
INT. PETER'S LIVING ROOM - CONTINUOUS

Peter makes a shocked face.
PETER
You did what?!

HOBGOBLIN
(laughs)
Oh I just kidnapped her and took
her with me on a ride to the
bridge.
PETER (V.O.)
You bastard! Why?!
HOBGOBLIN
Oh relax, at least I didn't turn
her into a Goblin either.

PETER
Just let her go Harry! You're not a
villain!
HOBGOBLIN (V.O.)

HOBGOBLIN (V.O.)
(laughs)

Peter yells and throws the phone.

Every time I take on a piece of

almost took over a power plant, a
flying man in a beetle suit with

EXT. THE CITY - LATER

Spider-Man swung in the night with his eyes angered.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
I always face these kind of
assholes everywhere! Toomes!
Schultz! Beck! Osborn! Octavius!
Electro! And All of them!
NIGHTMARES!! I have to face my
Friend head on!

Hobgoblin stood on his glider, staring at Spider-Man coming.
He was holding a wire that was attached to a cart to the
bridge. He smiles.
HOBGOBLIN
There you are you. Come to me you
Bitch.
EXT. NEAR THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

Spider-Man lands on a building near the bridge and gets up.
SPIDER-MAN
Harry what have you done?
The bridge was full of cars close to each other everywhere,
then he looks up, Hobgoblin with Gwen lying on the ground,
knocked out and he was holding the wire of the cart with his
other hand.

The Police arrived and pointed there guns at him, but didn't
shoot because of the cart full of kids.
Back at the building, Spider-Man was holding onto his webs
tight, he backs up as he pulls the web tight and he zooms at
the CAMERA.
The CAMERA tracks left as we see Spider-man in the air
zooming above the bridge as he shoots out webs and swings
through the bridge full of cops.
SLOW MOTION...Spider-Man zooms through a hole shape in the
bridge...Close up...Spider-Man's hand shoots out a web.
He swings a couple of times on the bridge and goes high in
the air and finally lands on the top, underneath Hobgoblin.
HOBGOBLIN
SPIDER-MAN!! THIS IS WHY ONLY FOOLS
ARE HEROES!
(the kids scream)
Make your choice Spider-Man and see
how a hero is rewarded.
(laughs)
SPIDER-MAN
Don't do it Hobgoblin!
HOBGOBLIN
(Gives out a evil grin)

He laughs, Spider-Man makes a angered and annoyed face.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
I can't even use Starktech for
this, I don't even have Edith or
Karen on my suit! I gotta face him
alone!
He looks at the Goblin.
SPIDER-MAN
Look Hobgoblin! Just let them go!
Its me you want not them! Let her
and those kids go and face me!
Hobgoblin laughs, he placed his foot near Gwen.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
Don't do it!
He kicks her off and lets go of the wire.

SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
NO!!
He jumps off of the bridge and dives after Gwen.
SLOW MOTION and EXTREME CLOSE-UP...Spider-Man's eyes...shows
reflections...one shows a reflection of the kids in the
cart...and the other shows Gwen, unconscious falling down.
He shoots out a web, it catches her leg and he pulls her up
fast, while holding her, he lunges forward and catches the
wire to the cart, and Gwen wakes up, she screams and he
shoots a web out above them.
He was dangling on the web with his hand holding the wire on
tight, and Gwen holding onto Spider-Man tight.
GWEN
Where am I?! What's going on?!
SPIDER-MAN
We're at The Brooklyn Bridge, don't
let go I'm trying to let these guys
down.
He swings and placed the cart on the rock under the bridge,
he is still holding the wire. He turns to her.
SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
You have to climb down!
GWEN
I can't!
SPIDER-MAN
Yes you can! You need to climb down
safely!
She climbs down on Spider-Man carefully and finally reaches
the wire, she climbed down carefully.
Then a boat comes by and stops near the cart.
BOAT DRIVER
Come on! Let's go!
Another helper opens a bridge to the kids and Gwen.
Spider-Man jumps off the web and swings up, he lands on the
side of the bridge.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
(Sighs in relief)
Oh god! I could've lost her.
(MORE)

(he looks up)

(as he looked up, his eyes
turned to anger)

EXT. THE TOP OF THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

Hobgoblin looked down, he makes a angered expression.
HOBGOBLIN

Then, helicopters surround him, they were from shield.
He grabs out his pumpkin balls and threw one at them. One
hits the copter.
SHIELD PILOT
MAYDAY! MAYDAY! I"M GOING DOWN!
Spider-Man lands on the brick wall of the bridge.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh no!
He jumps off and webbed the copter but it explodes. He falls
back on the wall.
Hobgoblin laughs loud as it echos.
Back near the bridge, at a dock, the children run to the
police and Gwen runs to her Father, Captain Stacy.
GWEN
Dad!
CAPTAIN STACY
Gwen!
She runs to him and they hug. Tight.
CAPTAIN STACY (CONT'D)
I'm lucky you survived!
GWEN
(crys)
And I'm lucky I survived too.
She lays her head on her father's coat. George looks up at
the bridge.

EXT. THE TOP OF THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE - CONTINUOUS

Hobgoblin yells.
HOBGOBLIN
FURY!! COME FACE ME!!
He tossed the pumpkin balls at the copter but they move away
before they even touch them.
HOBGOBLIN (CONT'D)
Damn it! I need my father's help! I
didn't think that they were ready
for combat yet!
SPIDER-MAN
That's the least of your problems!
Spider-Man swings by at Hobgoblin. He bounds his hands, he
didn't tie his hands in his webs, ropes or anything, but he
puts together into a double fist and cracks him across the
face.
Hobgoblin falls to the floor.
HOBGOBLIN
DAMN YOU PARKER!! I WILL HAVE YOUR
HEAD MOUNTED ON MY WALL WITH YOUR
MASK!!
(spats the thick blood out
of his mouth and wipes it
off)
OR I"LL HAVE MY FATHER EAT-
He gets up and turns around, Peter was gone.
He walks near the edge and yells.
HOBGOBLIN (CONT'D)
Parker!! PARKER!!
Spider-Man ran up the wall of the bridge and he jumps at
Hobgoblin and gives him a high kick in the jaw.
SPIDER-MAN
Oh don't worry Hobgoblin! I'm not
going anywhere!
In the air, Spider-Man shoots a web at Hobgoblin, pulls him
in the air and punched him back down. He lands on the top.

SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)
WHY?!! WHY?!! Why would you choose
this Harry??!! Huh?! You turned
into some kind of monster you never
chosed!
Hobgoblin snaps back and gives a good sucker punch back at
him.
HOBGOBLIN
Oh shut up!! I am fixed!
(Spider-Man lands back on
his feet)
I don't need help! I am cured!
SPIDER-MAN
No! Your not! Your sick! You need
to come with me to shield! They can
help-
Hobgoblin punched Spider-Man back with a taser hand.
HOBGOBLIN
I DON"T NEED HELP!!!!!!
Spider-Man falls back into the water.
Hobgoblin throws all of his pumpkin balls at the copters but
like earlier they move out of the way before, and they shot
fire at him, he throws more and they explode.
Hobgoblin, tired and exausted, falls on his knees, his glider
comes to him, he climbs on and flies away, with the glider
holding his legs tight and doing what he said.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. THE BEACH - LATER

Spider-Man comes out of the water and lands on the beach.
SPIDER-MAN
(takes off the bottom part
of his mask and vomits
water)
Oh my god.
(falls back on the sand)
Man, Doc Ock really did it, he
turned him into a Goblin like his
father.

He placed his mask back on and leapted off the beach and
swing away.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. NEAR THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE - LATER

Captain Stacy and his Partner, Jean DeWolff, were at the
bridge, with so many ambulance cars and police cars
everywhere, the kids who were in the cart were with there
parents.
Gwen was sitting in the back of the police car.
CAPTAIN STACY
Thank god my daughter didn't die
there, thank god Spider-Man saved
her.
JEAN DEWOLFF
Well, that Goblin guy better be out
there, because we might be ready
for them.
CAPTAIN STACY
See you tomorrow Jean. I gotta take
my daughter home.
He approaches his car and drives away.
Jean looks at the car and walks to the men and women.
CUT TO:

The car, that Captain Stacy entered, drives fast through the
city.
INT. THE CITY - CONTINUOUS

In the car, Captain Stacy drives, he looks back, and Gwen was
looking out the window, she turns left and right multiple
times, he turns back straight.

EXT. ROOFTOP BUILDING - LATER

Close on, Spider-Man.

Parker, Harry almost killed those
people.
Spider-Man swats his hand away.

He walks away and almost shot out a web until...

Peter, optimism is a revolutionary
act.
He turns around, but with fury in his eyes.

Fury walks towards Peter fast and stops.
NICK FURY SPIDER-MAN (CONT'D)

Spider-Man lands on the wall, he takes his mask off and looks
below him.

INT. OSBORN INSUSTRIES, LAB - LATER

Green Goblin was standing near the window, looking out at the
city.
GREEN GOBLIN
Oh Parker. That fool, he never
listened, I'll have to kill him.
A DEMONIC VOICE
Father...
Goblin turns around to see Hobgoblin standing behind him in
the dark.
GREEN GOBLIN
Who are you? Are you trying to copy
me?
HOBGOBLIN
No, its me Father.
GREEN GOBLIN

They run to each other and hug.

HOBGOBLIN
I'm home, Father.
GREEN GOBLIN
Did Octavius do this to you?
(smiles)

(smiles and laughs)

now, The Hobgoblin.
They both smile.

Time we kill Spider-Man.

Spider-Man lands on the big screen of Time Square.
The CAMERA pans close to Spider-Man.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
First Norman is the Goblin, now
Harry?
(looks up)
I guess I have to face them both.
He then saw the two goblins on the glider zoom through the
city.
SPIDER-MAN
There they are!
He jumps off the screen, sot a web out and swings through the
city.
He follows them, they notice, they laugh, and throw there
pumpkins balls at him.

The bomb hits Spider-Man, he falls back and swings up, his
suit only had some cut on it. But he didn't care, he still
swung through the city.
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)
I gotta stop them!
CUT TO:
INT. THE WORLD TRADE CENTER - CONTINUOUS

The Green Goblin and Hobgoblin jumps off of there Glider as
Osborn then placed a pumpkin shaped device on a machine
GREEN GOBLIN
I can't wait until we take over
this city!
HOBGOBLIN
(laughes)
I feel the joy now!
EXT. THE WORLD TRADE CENTER - CONTINUOUS

Spider-Man reaches the World Trade Center towers. He starts
to climb... racing up the sheer metal face of 2 WTC like he's
never climbed before.
INT. THE WORLD TRADE CENTER - CONTINUOUS

He crashes through the glass into the observation deck
(closed). There he confronts Osborn and Harry, as the
goblins, who is standing near the machine laughing. Spider-
Man makes a furious expression as The Goblin smiles and
shrugs.
GREEN GOBLIN
I don't care about Octavius in my
plan, now that you're here. Me and
my son killed him.
(Hobgoblin takes a sheet
off of a glass container
and we see Doc Ock with a
taxidermied body and was
dead)
(They both laughed loud as
Spider-Man was in horror)
You know Parker. It's hard to get a
meeting with you, young man.

He gestures to the world laid out at Peter's feet, like it's

something he made just for him. The city glitters like a
billion jewels, as far as the eye can see.
HOBGOBLIN
Oh. Relax, Peter. We just want to
talk.
PETER
About what?
GREEN GOBLIN
About you. About your career. Think
of me as a kind of guidance
counselor. So let's take your
chosen field... hero. See? Bad
choice. I'm recommending against
it.
SPIDER-MAN
It's not up to you Norman.
(points at Hobgoblin)
Not you either Harry.
Green Goblin goes to the window and looks down. He puts his
hands on his hips, surveying the world below like some wise
lord.
GREEN GOBLIN
Think about it. You can't save the
world. Why? Because you can't save
people from themselves... from
their own brutal and venal natures.
You're either a predator of prey in
this world. A killer or a victim.
People are by nature violent,
stupid, confused, greedy. Why waste
your gift on the ungrateful masses,
who would love to see your mask
ripped off and see you dragged
through the slime. The only thing
they love more than a hero is to
see that hero fail, fall, screw-
up... to see him exposed in a
scandal, arrested with his pants
down, caught with his hands in the
till. You know why? It lets them
feel better about their own
miserable lives.
He turns dramatically to face Spider Man. He moves closer,
his voice hypnotic.

It's a myth that people need
heroes. People hate heroes! Heroes
make them feel bad! By creating
examples they can never live up to.
As long as the media can show, day
after day, that the people they
respect and admire are just as
twisted inside as they are...
they're reassured. They can sleep
at night. They can face their puffy
faces in the mirror in the morning.
It is impossible to read his expression through the mask from
Hobgoblin's perspective (though by clever lighting we will be
able to see the uncertainty in his eyes).
Misery loves company. And
everybody's miserable. You run
around in your long underwear
coming off to them like some holier
than thou saint, Mr. My Socks Don't
Smell... you're heading for a big
fall. They hate you. You always
cause them pain everyday.
SPIDER-MAN

He laughs.
GREEN GOBLIN
True.
Goblin steps up to Peter.
I want this to work out. You're a
smart kid Parker. Like those phony
bracelets. That was a good idea.
PETER
(alarmed)
What the hell are you talking

Goblin puts his hands on Peter's shoulders.
GREEN GOBLIN

(laughs)

It doesn't matter right now.
He grabs Peter's wrist and throws him towards a wall. PArker
hits the wall and gets back up. He approaches Parker and
crouched near him. He smiles at him and punches him.
It's true. Norman is a freak. He is no longer human. He is
laughing at him as he mocks the boy.
Because I don't need you. You can
take off the costume, but you will
always be the Spider-Man.
SPIDER-MAN
It's just Spider-Man!
He gets punched by Norman, he laughs loud.
GREEN GOBLIN
The point is, you are not a hero.
You are a spider. It's something
you don't have a choice in. And
spiders are predators. They kill to
live. They kill to live. They are
not hampered by humanitarian
Ideals or impeded in their lethal
efficiency by delusions of
morality. They are pure. Powerful.
As God made them. There are no
merciful spiders. There are no
vegetarian spiders. It is now time
for you to face and accept your
true nature.
Osborn turns again to the window, this time putting his arm
around Peter's shoulders. Father and son, staring down at the
world they can own.
Instead, like last time, i want you
to join me. Together we and my son
can shake this two-bit planet down

Peter stares out at the vista for a long time. It all makes
so much sense. And it seems to explain so much of what he
feels. All this churning confusion. Osborn gestures to his
son, Harry, who walks to a shape in the shadows nearby. Its
about the size of two refrigerators and its covered by a
tarp. Hobgoblin pulls back the tarp to reveals... Money.
Neatly stacked bankslipped, piles of hundreds. Six feet tall
by eight feet long.

He jumps at Hobgoblin and kicks him to the device, he brakes
it. Hobgoblin turns around.
HOBGOBLIN
You know, when I kidnapped
Gwendolyne, I thought of kissing
her, and I did!
SPIDER-MAN
(Lunges at him)
YOU BASTARD!!
He punches Hobgoblin across the face, then Goblin grabbed
Spider-Man by the back and then threw him across the room as
he slams out the glass of the window.
137.
EXT. THE WORLD TRADE CENTER - CONTINUOUS

Spider-Man shoots out a web and swings himself up, everyone
on the ground, stands there as they watch Spider-Man.
The two goblins follow Spider-Man up on there gliders,
Spider-Man ran up the wall, but he used his webs to swing
himself up on the wall.
He finally lands on the top of the Twins Towers and stops.
Then the two goblins land on the top too as they both made a
angered expression.
GREEN GOBLIN
You shouldn't have done that
Parker! We could've gave you rich
and power, but you instead throw in
back at our faces.
SPIDER-MAN
More like you're hideous faces! You
guys do not even look handsome.
HOBGOBLIN
Shut the hell up PARKER!
He throws out a bat shaped boomerang, as it transforms into
actual razor sharp bats.
Spider-Man jumps in the air and dodges but is cut by one of
them.
He doesn't care much, he lunges at Green Goblin but is
punched back by Hobgoblin.
Spider-Man falls back on the ground.
GREEN GOBLIN
You always op for the hard way
don'chu? No matter, after I'm
finished with you, I will find
them. All of them.
SPIDER-MAN
(Gets up)
I will stop you, and if you so call
try to touch my family or my
friends, you will rue the day we
met!
GREEN GOBLIN
Defiant, till the bitter end.

The battle begins.

This should be a 1 or 2 battle, we see the the wall crawler
have a rough battle with the two goblin relatives, they used
there gadgets against him but Spidey would also use his brain
and powers against them, even with his gadgets too. Hobgoblin
would bring a fire sword out from his back and use it at
Spider-Man, swinging it at him, he would miss a couple of
times but would still get him. Norman as the Green Goblin
would throw Spider-Man to pole and towers on the World trade
Center.
Spider-Man falls on the ground, Goblin picks him up and
throws his across and over the building as he falls down, but
Spider-Man always has his ways at he shoots out a web and
lands on the wall. He runs up the wall and jumps at
Hobgoblin, he then placed a device on Hobgoblin and kicks him
onto a pole, but he lands on the floor.
Hobgoblin gets blasted by the device but lands on the ground,
safely, and unconscious.
Green Goblin pressed a button, Peter turns around and faces
Goblin.
He laughs and smiles.
SPIDER-MAN
What Osborn?
His head buzzes, he jumps up and the Glider flies at Norman
and it goes through his chest, the razor sharp blades go
through his chest and into his lungs.
He falls back and his body is back to human, he lays on the
floor with thick ribbon of blood oozing out from his mouth as
he gasped for air.
Osborn is bleeding badly, and broken inside. Dying. Peter's
mask is ripped half off by the fight. His Len was cracked,
showing his brown eye and his hair was sticking out.
OSBORN
I'm...
(coughs out blood)
...sorry Peter. For hurting you...
SPIDER-MAN
It's alright Mr. Osborn.
Norman smiles, not with evil, with peace.
OSBORN
Peter...

SPIDER-MAN
No don't worry, Mr. Osborn. I'll
get you safety. Even though you've
hurt me multiple times, I won't let
you die. I want Harry to spend his
time with you more.
Osborn chuckles weakly, coughing blood from stabbed and
ruptured lungs.
OSBORN
I already have.
(coughs out blood)
Peter, tell Harry, I'm sorry.
He dies.
Peter takes his mask off, he has a Black eye and blood oozing
out of his mouth and down his lip.
He closed his eyes.
PETER
(crys)
I'm sorry too.

Spider-Man, just because Shield
helped me get rid of the Hobgoblin,
doesn't make us Friends anymore.

But, Octavius made you into that,
and you joined your father's side
when that happened. I had to stop
you from being that. I guess you
know why I always leave.
HARRY

DISSOLVE TO:

Peter, in costume with his mask in hand, was standing on a
ledge of a building.
A Voice comes over. Spider-Man's voice:
SPIDER-MAN (V.O.)

He puts his mask on and he stands up.
Ever since I became Spider-Man, I
have started this superhero gig for
like ten years, finally got a job,
got a new girlfriend and I finally

through the buildings.

INT. A JAIL CELL - NIGHT

We see a beautiful women with bright white hair, but herself
with a piece of glass and smiles.
OFFICER
Come on Miss Hardy.
He opens the door, she comes out, they put her in cuffs as
she follows them.
INT. THE INTERROGATION ROOM - CONTINUOUS

A paper slams on the floor.

OFFICER HARDY
I cannot believe that you slit
three throats of Teenagers out
there! You're insane Felicia.
The girl smiles.
FELICIA
Oh dad, this is my life. I'm a
Black Cat, and Cats...
She runs at her father and slits his throat with her nails
that became claws and the guards grab her but she stabs them
and tased them with the tasers as they fall to the floor,
dead.
She turns to her Father.
FELICIA (CONT'D)

She smiles. As she laughs.
